Preface
Thank you for choosing the Retekess T128 Watch Recei-
ver! This unit integrates wireless transmission technology,
digital recognizer, dot matrix LCD display and microproce-
ssor to realize time display and wireless calling functions.
The pager with removable rechargeable batteries, has a
long standby time and safe charging circuit.
The watch receiver is widely used in restaurants, bars,
cafes, hospitals, hotels, factories etc.

1. Menu/OK button, long press the button for about 2 se-
conds to enter the main menu interface or short press to
enter the next submenu.
2. UP button, short press to move up the menu or increase
the parameter value.
3. Down button, short press the button to move down the
menu or decrease the parameter value.
4. Power/Exit/Back button, long press the button for about
2 seconds to exit the menu or short press to return to the
previous menu.
NOTE: Long press the Power/Exit/Back button (4) for
about 3 seconds to turn on the watch receiver.

Display content: Current call button ID, Calling time, Times
and Service type.
Check call information: Press UP/DOWN button to check
the call history.
Cancel calling information: Select the call information you
want to remove, press the OK or Exit button to remove the
information from the displayed list.
The call information could be removed by pressing the
cancel key of the corresponding call button if it has.
Operating Instructions
Power On
Press Power button for about 3s to turn on the watch
receiver.

·Add Caller
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and select
Add Caller.
2. Press Menu button to enter the sub-menu, it shows
ID:0001 on the display.
3. Press Menu button to move the cursor position, the fist
letter indicate the Area Value. It could be selected from
0 to 9, A to Z. And the other 3 letters indicates the ID num-
ber, they could be set from 0 to 9. Press Up/Down buttons
to choose the ID number to be registered.
4. Press any key on the call button till you see SUCCESS
shows on the display. Then the ID number will automati-
cally go to the next one .
e.g, choose "0001", and press call key from call button.
After successful registration, the number will automatically
show “0002”. Then you can register the next call button.
Repeated registration of the same call button will appear
"DONE" on the display since only one number can be re-
gistered per call button.
5. Press Exit/Back button one time to return to Menu list,
press Exit/Back button again, back to standby mode.
The registration is finished.
·Delete Caller
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list.
2. Press Down button to choose Delete Caller.
3. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, "Delete Single" and
"Delete All" shows on the display.
4. Press Up/Down button to choose delete single or
delete all.
5. If choose "Delete Single", press Menu button to enter
sub-menu, it shows 0000 on the display.
6. Press Menu button to move the cursor position, and
press Up/Down buttons to choose the ID number to be
deleted.
7. Long press the Menu button for about 2s, it shows
Success on the display.
8. If choose "Delete All" press Menu button to enter sub-
menu, it shows “Yes” and “No” on the display.
9. Press Up/Down buttons to choose”Yes”, then short
press Menu button to confirm.
10. Press Exit/Back button 1 time to return to Menu list,
press Exit/Back button again, back to standby mode.

·Key Function
Set Areas and Service Types according to the needs.
·Area Setting
Set the service type corresponding to each key on the call
button in each area. (The first letter of the registered ID
indicates the area value)
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and press
Up/Down button to select Key Function.
2. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, "Area Setting" and
"Type Setting" shows on the display.
3. Press Up/Down button to select Area Setting, short
press Menu button to confirm.
4. Select the Area Value which you need to change the
Service Type and press Menu to confirm.
5. Press Up/Down button to select the Service Type to be
set (40 types available), press the corresponding key on
the call button, it shows SUCCESS on the display.
6. Press Exit/Back button 4 times, back to standby mode,
the setting is finished.
Note: If you have set the service type of Area 0, and need
to set all other Areas use the same service type, choose
Copy 0 to All, press Menu to enter sub-menu, then select
Yes and press Menu to confirm will be OK.

·Type Setting
If none of the 40 preset service types are what you want,
you could use this function to modify the service type
according to the following instruction.
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and press
Up/Down button to select Key Function.
2. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, "Area Setting" and
"Type Setting" shows on the display.
3. Press Up/Down buttons to select Type Setting, then
press Menu button to confirm.
4. Press Up/Down buttons to select the service type to
be modified, press Menu button to confirm.
5. Press Menu button to move the cursor position
(up to 12 characters), and press Up/Down buttons to
choose the character to be set (the characters could be
0-9, and A-Z).
6. Press Exit/Back button 4 times, back to standby mode,
the modification is finished.
·Work mode
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and press
Up/Down button to select Work Mode.
2. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, "Single Key" (allow
each key on the call button to be paired with different
watch receivers separately ) and "Multi-key" (the multi-key
call button only needs to be paired with the same watch
receiver once, then the watch receiver can receive all calls
from any key on this call button) shows on the display.
3. Press Up/Down buttons to select the work mode, then
short press Menu button to confirm.
4. Press Exit/Back button twice, back to standby mode,
the setting is finished.

·Sequence Mode
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and press
Up/Down button to select Sequence Mode.
2. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, "Live View"
(the latest call information is displayed at the top of the list)
and "Queue View" (the first received call information is
displayed at the top of the list) shows on the display.
3. Press Up/Down buttons to select the sequence mode,
then short press Menu button to confirm.
4. Press Exit/Back button twice, back to standby mode,
the setting is finished.
·Prompt Time Setting
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and press
Up/Down button to select Prompt Time.
2. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, "Duration" and
details time in second shows on the display.
3. Press Up/Down button to increase or decrease the
prompt time (0 to 30s), after select the desired value,
press Menu button to confirm.
4. Press Exit/Back button twice, back to standby mode,
the prompt time setting is finished.
·Remove Time Setting
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and press
Up/Down button to select Remove Time.
2. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, the details time
shows on the display.
3. Press Up/Down button to increase or decrease the
remove time (0 to 30s), after select the desired value,
press Menu button to confirm.
4. Press Exit/Back button twice, back to standby mode,
the remove time setting is finished.

·Cycle Time Setting
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and press
Up/Down button to select Cycle Time.
2. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, the details time
shows on the display.
3. Press Up/Down button to increase or decrease the
cycle time (0 to 30s), after select the desired value, press
Menu button to confirm.
4. Press Exit/Back button twice, back to standby mode,
the cycle time setting is finished.
This is the switching time of the call information page
when there are more than 3 calls from different call buttons.
·Date &Time Setting
1. Press Menu button for 2s to enter Menu list and press
Up/Down button to select Date&Time.
2. Press Menu to enter the sub-menu, the date and time
shows on the display.
3. Press Menu button to move the cursor position (month/
day/year, hour/minute/second), and press Up/Down
buttons to choose the desired number.
4. Press Exit/Back button twice, back to standby mode,
the date and time setting is finished.

Note: The default setting is 0, it means none of the call
information will be removed automatically. If you set it to
other values, the call information will be removed automa-
tically from the call information list after the specific time.
