Note: If your TV’s antenna input

is already connected to a satellite

receiver, cable box, or digital

converter, connect the antenna’s

coaxial cable to the antenna input

jack on that device.

STOP!

Insert the power adapter into the

antenna’s DC jack. Plug the other

end into a wall outlet or power

strip.

Different channels may require different antenna

adjustments. If you nd that you’re not receiving

channels you normally receive, try the following

adjustments in the order listed here:

> Extend the antenna’s dipoles (rods) and rotate

them until you get the best picture. (Depending on

the channel’s frequency, this may or may not have

any effect.)

> Try the channel without the antenna’s amplier—

set the amplier on/off switch on the antenna’s

back panel to OFF. (Don’t forget to turn the

amplier back on for other channels!)

> Rotate the base of the antenna until you get the

best picture. (Don’t forget to move it back to its

original position for the other channels.)

the antenna’s back panel) to ON.

Use the RCA Signal Finder App

to nd the best location for your

antenna.

In the Google Play or Apple App

Stores, search for “RCA Signal Finder”

and look for the icon shown here.

Then download and install the App.

Launch the App and follow the

directions there to nd the best

location and orientation for your

antenna.

Antenna Placement Tips

Avoid metal surfaces (like a metal stand).

Move the antenna close to or in a window.

Position the antenna as high as possible.

Connect the antenna to your TV.

Plug in the antenna.

Turn on the amplier.

Adjust your antenna for best

reception.

Most TVs have a channel scan option in their menu

system, many times in a SETUP or CHANNEL menu

under ANTENNA.

For detailed instructions on performing a channel

scan, see the owner’s manual that came with your TV.

Important: You must perform a channel scan to

receive any channels!

convertidor digital, conecte el cable

Inserte el adaptador de potencia en el

conector de CC de la antena. Conecte

el otro extremo a un tomacorriente de

pared o extensión.

Diferentes canales podrían necesitar diferentes ajustes de

antena. Si no recibe los canales que está acostumbrado

ver, intente llevar a cabo los siguientes ajustes en el orden

que aparecen a continuación:

• Extienda los dipolos (barras) de la antena y gírelos
