Getting the Right Fit
You can adjust the PureBoom
Headphones by pulling up or down
on the headband until you find a
comfortable fit on your ears.
Connecting/Bluetooth Pairing
1. Hold down the Multifunction Button
(MFB) for 8-10 seconds until you see
the blue and red LED light flash.
2. Make sure the PureBoom
Headphones are within 2-3 feet/
.6-.9 meters of the device you will
be connecting to.
3. Turn on your device’s Bluetooth. Most
devices will automatically detect your
PureBoom Headphones. Locate and
select “PureGear Headphones”.
Note: If your device does not automatically detect the
headphones, make sure Bluetooth is turned on, do a
SEARCH for “PureGear Headphones” and then click
connect/pair.
Pairing Troubleshooting
1. When performing the pairing on a Bluetooth device
to detect the headphones, enter 0000 if your
device prompts you for a password during the
pairing process.
2. If the pairing is not successful, turn off the headphones
and perform the pairing connection according to the
Bluetooth Pairing steps above.

Pairing with a Second Device
Lets say you’re using your phone and your laptop and
don’t want to use the speaker for sound. When you pair
both those devices to your PureBoom, you experience
the following situation: If a call comes in on your phone
while you’re watching a movie on your laptop, the
PureBoom Bluetooth connection will pause the movie
and connect to the phone call automatically.
1. To connect your headphones with a second device,
turn off Bluetooth on the first device.
2. Press and hold down MFB button to re-activate
Bluetooth Pairing Mode.
3. Repeat the original Connecting/Bluetooth Pairing -
#3 from above.
4. Reconnect the first device by selecting “PureGear
Headphones” from the Bluetooth list of devices.
Troubleshooting Pairing a Second Device
If going back to the first device isn’t working after
pairing the second device, you may need to adjust
your Bluetooth settings for the first device.
1. Open Bluetooth and make sure it is turned ON.
2. Select PureGear Headphones.
3. FOR ANDROID USERS, make sure the Call Audio
and Media Audio buttons are ON.

Use with the Aux Cable
Alternatively connect the PureBoom
Headphones using the supplied Aux
cable by plugging the cable directly into
the Aux port located on the bottom
right side of your headphones.

To save space, the PureBoom
Headphones can be folded inward
and conveniently placed in the
carrying pouch.

Operating PureBoom
• To answer/end calls, press the MFB.
• To skip to the next song, press the
Right Arrow button.
• To go back to the last song, press
the Left Arrow button.
• To play or pause the current song,
press the Play/Pause button.
• To adjust the volume, press up
or down on the Volume button.
LED Indicators
• Red and blue LEDs flash:
Headphones are in pairing mode.
• Red LED blinks twice every
20 seconds: Power is running low,
time to charge.
• Blue LED gradually flashes:
PureBoom headphones in use.

Pour un ajustement optimal
Vous pouvez ajuster le casque PureBoom
en tirant sur le serre-tête vers le haut ou
vers le bas jusqu’à ce que vous trouviez
un ajustement confortable pour vos oreilles.
Connexion/couplage Bluetooth
1. Maintenez le bouton multifonction
enfoncé pendant 8 à 10 secondes jusqu’à
ce que le témoin lumineux bleu et rouge
se mette à clignoter.
2. Assurez-vous que le casque PureBoom se
trouve dans un rayon de 2 à 3 pieds (0,6 à
0,9 m) de l’appareil auquel vous voulez
vous connecter.
3. Activez la fonction Bluetooth de votre
appareil. La plupart des appareils détecteront
automatiquement votre casque PureBoom.
Repérez et sélectionnez « PURE.GEAR ».

Note: a. Si votre appareil ne détecte pas automatiquement le
casque d’écoute, vérifiez que la fonction Bluetooth est activée,
puis faites une RECHERCHE sur « PureGear » et cliquez sur
Connect/pair (Se connecter/coupler).
Dépannage – couplage
1. Lorsque vous effectuez le couplage sur un appareil
Bluetooth pour détecter le casque d’écoute, tapez 0000 si
votre appareil exige un mot de passe lors de cette opération.
2. Si le couplage échoue, éteignez le casque d’écoute et
effectuez la connexion en suivant les étapes de couplage
Bluetooth ci-dessus.
Couplage avec un deuxième appareil
Supposons que vous êtes en train d’utiliser votre téléphone et
votre ordinateur portable, mais que vous ne voulez pas utiliser
le haut-parleur. Au moment du couplage de ces deux appareils
à votre casque PureBoom, la situation suivante se produit : Si
vous recevez un appel pendant que vous regardez un film sur
votre ordinateur portable, la connexion Bluetooth mettra le
film en pause et acheminera automatiquement l’appel à votre
téléphone.
1. Pour connecter votre casque d’écoute à un deuxième appareil,
désactivez la fonction Bluetooth sur le premier appareil.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton multifonction et maintenez-le enfoncé
pour réactiver le mode couplage Bluetooth.
3. Refaites l’étape de connexion/couplage Bluetooth no 3
ci-dessus.
4. Reconnectez le premier appareil en sélectionnant
PURE.GEAR dans la liste des appareils Bluetooth.

Dépannage – couplage d’un deuxième appareil
Si vous constatez que le premier appareil ne fonctionne pas
après avoir couplé le deuxième, vous devrez peut-être
modifier les réglages Bluetooth du premier appareil.
1. Sélectionnez la fonction Bluetooth et assurez-vous qu’elle
est ACTIVÉE.
2. Sélectionnez PURE.GEAR.
3. UTILISATEURS ANDROID : Assurez-vous d’activer les
boutons Call Audio et Media Audio.
Utilisation du casque PureBoom
• Pour répondre ou mettre fin à un appel, appuyez sur le
bouton multifonction.
• Pour sauter à la chanson suivante, appuyez sur le bouton
avec la flèche pointant vers la droite.
• Pour revenir à la chanson précédente, appuyez sur le
bouton avec la flèche pointant vers la gauche.
• Pour écouter la chanson en cours ou
faire une pause, appuyez sur le bouton
Play/Pause (Lecture/Pause).
• Pour régler le volume, appuyez sur le
bouton Monter/Baisser volume.
Témoins lumineux
• Voyants rouge et bleu clignotant : Le
casque d’écoute est en mode couplage.
• Le voyant rouge clignote deux fois
toutes les 20 secondes : La charge
est faible; il est temps de recharger le
casque.
• Le voyant bleu clignote graduellement
: Le casque d’écoute PureBoom est en
cours d’utilisation.

Utilisation avec le câble auxiliaire
Vous pouvez également connecter le
casque d’écoute PureBoom à l’aide du
câble auxiliaire fourni en le branchant
directement dans le port auxiliaire situé
dans la partie inférieure droite de votre
casque.
