1.1ThisAgreementgovernsyouruseofthismanualanditscontentsinitsentiretyownedby
ProverbaMedia,Inc.anditssubsidiaries,affiliates,divisionsandrelatedcompanies("Proverba").
Productionandsaleofthismanualisstrictlylimitedtolicenseesoftheauthor.Copyingor
duplicationofthismanual- byphotocopier,scanner,CD-ROM,electronicstoragedevice,or
othermeansisprohibitedbylaw.Violationofcopyrightwillresultincriminalprosecution
oftheoffender(s).
1.2Proverbareservestheright, initsdiscretion,tochangeormodifyalloranypartofthis
Agreementatanytime,effectiveimmediately.Yourpurchaseofthismanualconstitutesyourbinding
acceptanceofthesetermsandconditions,includinganychangesormodificationsmadebyProverba
aspermittedabove.IfatanytimethetermsandconditionsofthisAgreementarenolonger
acceptabletoyou,youshouldimmediatelyceaseuseandreturnthemanualtoyourre-selleror
dealer.

UseofContent
2.1Youacknowledgethatthemanualcontainsinformation,diagrams,photographs,graphics,and
othermaterialthatareprotectedbycopyright,trademarkorotherproprietaryrights ofProverbaor
thirdparties,includingbutnotlimitedtoproductnames,logos,designs,titles,andwordsorphrases
whichmayberegisteredincertainjurisdictions(collectively,the"Content").Youagreetocomplywith
anyadditionalcopyrightnotices,information,orrestrictionscontainedinanyContentavailableator
accessedthroughtheparentcompany.UsersofthemanualmayusetheContentonlyfortheir
personal,
noncommercialuse.Usersofthemanualwantingtousethecontentforcommercialuse
mustobtainpriorexpresswrittenpermissionofProverba,bycontractonly.
2.2Youmaynotmodify,publish,transmit,transferor
sell,
reproduce,createderivativeworksfrom,
distribute,perform,display,orinanywayexploitanyoftheContent,inwholeorinpart,exceptas
otherwiseexpresslypermittedinthisAgreement.Contentconsistingofserviceand/orparts
informationmaynotbereverse-engineeredunlessspecificallyauthorizedbytheowneroftheauthor's
patentand/orcopyright.
3.Penaltyforpirating(and/orre-sale)ofContent.
3.1PerUnitedStatesFederalStatute,andinternationallaw:Youmaynotphotocopy,scan,or
electronicallystoreContentofthismanual.Resaleofsuchillegallyduplicatedcontentispunishableby
aminimumfineoffive-thousanddollars($5,000.00US),plusdamages,andallattorneyfees.Such
ContentistheprotectedandcopyrightablepropertyofProverba.Nocopying,electronicstorage,
redistributionorpublicationofanycontentispermittedwithouttheexpresswrittenpermissionof
ProverbaortheownersofsuchcontentortheirauthorizedpersonsifotherthanProverba.
