How long does the charge last?
Hello there, it usually lasts for three months however, it lasts for at least
one month for excessive use of the trackball.

turned o ?
The mouse can work 1.5 months to 2 months on a full charge if you do
not open the RGB light.
03 Can multiple devices be connected?
This mouse can connect 1 device by 2.4G wireless USB and 2 devices by
Bluetooth. You can change the device by pressing the mode switch button
on the top of the mouse.
04 Can I use this mouse with a Mac that DOES NOT have a USB po?
You can connect this mouse with your Mac by Bluetooth connection way.
04 How to stop EM01 Trackball auto sleep mode?
The mouse will automatically enter sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity.
This is to protect the mouse and save power.
Sleep mode cannot be turned o.

07 What is the sleep mode of the mouse?
When the trackball idle 30 sec, The RGB lighting will o, user can wake it up by
scrolling the trackball. That is in the "Light Sleep Mode". If the trackball idles over
30 minutes, it will switch to "Deep Sleep Mode", user scrolling the trackball, there
are no any response, user must click the button to wake it up.

08 Is there a way I can program or assign the extra buttons on a

Can the keyboard and track ball mouse be synced to the
same dongle?
Yes, the EK01 keyboard and the EM01 mouse can be synced to the
same dongle.

No response when plugged in USB, unable to switch
modes.
In this case, could you please t these steps to re-pair the mouse?
1. Turn o and turn on the mouse.
2. Press the middle scroll button and the left and right click button
at the same time，wait for 5 seconds to check if the 2.4G indicator
light will ashes or not.
3. If the indicator light ashes, please turn o the mouse and turn
on it again to check if it can work properly now.

The click is so sensitive that just resting my nger on top
of the button is resulting in unintended clicks.
As you mentioned the left click is so sensitive, We preliminarily judge
that there may be foreign objects or dust that inteeres with the
sensitivity of this key.
Please operate the following 2 steps to t to solve the problem
1. Press the left click button hard 3-4 times;
2. Use a little eo to lift the left click button up 3-4 times.

09 How to adjust DPI?
About our ProtoArc EM01 mouse, please press the DPI button to change
the DPI(1000/1600/2400).
When you adjust to 1000, the DPI indicator ashes once, when it is adjusted to
1600, the DPI indicator ashes twice, and when it is adjusted to 2400, the DPI
indicator ashes three times.

Can the trackball mouse be used while charging?
The EM01 mouse can be used when it is charging, but we do not
suggest you use the mouse while charging to protect the batte.

The trackball is not smooth.
As you mentioned the trackball of the mouse does not move
smoothly, there maybe something got stuck.
Could you please t to eject the trackball from the backside of the
mouse and clean the trackball?

Can someone conrm that this mouse has bluetooth built-in i.e.
i don't require to plug a usb receiver in my laptop?
Protoarc trackball mouse has Bluetooth & 2.4G wireless connection.
If you want to use wireless mode, inse the USB receiver, then you
need to switch to mode ①.
If you want to connect bluetooth, press the mode switch button to
switch to channel②or ③, the white light ashes slowly. Then press
and hold the mode switch button for 3~5 seconds until the white
light ashes quickly, the mouse enters the Bluetooth pairing mode.

if there was any way to disable the RGB or set a static
color ?
About the RGB of EM01 mouse:
The four modes are all changing colored lights, and there is no static color
mode. You can long press the light switch button for three seconds to turn
o the light eect.
It has 4 light mode:
1. Streamer mode (Default)
2. Breathing mode
3. Mixed color breathing mode
4. Neon mode.
