2. IN GENERAL

The pumps in the catagorie Centrifugal Pumps are developed according to the newest stand of

technology, manufactured with much care and go under strict intensive controls.

The pumps have been optimized by us especially for the special requirements for circulating

and ltering large volumes of water. Make sure after unpacking the pump that the data given

on the type label agree with the included operating instructions. In the case of doubt the pump

is not to be used. Transport damages are immediately to be reported to the package distributor

and to us in witten form.

3. RANGES OF APPLICATION

These pumps are made for pumping clear water (free of mud and sand, see technical data)

1. INTRODUCTION

We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of our pump. We appreciate your trust.

That‘s why funtional security and operational safety stands by us on rst place.

To prevent damage to persons or property, you should read this user manual

carefully. Please observe all safety precautions and instructions for proper use

of the pump. Failure to follow the instructions and safety precautions can result

in injury or property damage.

Please keep this manual with the instructions and safety instructions carefully

in order to at any time you can restore them. Please always download the latest

version of the user manual of www.pro-pumpe.de under „downloads“. This

shall always prevail.

IMPORTANT!

The pumps are designed for pumping clean water and chemically non-aggressive liquids. Any

guarantee is void in case of improper use. They are not suitable for pumping ammable liquids

or for use in places where there is danger of an explosion. These pumps are intended for

private use in the home and garden. These pumps are not designed for continuous use (without

interruptions). In continuous operation mode, the lifetime will be shortened accordingly. Never

run more than 5 minutes against a closed valve pump. Save the pump against dry running (in-

stall dry run protection).

Never start and stop the pump more than 20 times per hour. When the pump clocks, any

claim under warranty is void.

Not suitable for use with solar photovoltaic panels.

4. INSTALLATION

The installation must be performed by a qualied professional.

Please, check each time before using, the electrical connections and the cables are not

damaged. Check before the installation whether the electrical connections are earthed

according to the statutory regulations and are installed. The pump is to be secured

through a RCD circuit breaker with release current of 30 mA. is technically correct, so

this warranty is void. It must be ensured that the pump is su󰀩ciently cooled during pro-

longed operation.

It is NOT recommended to perform even cable extensions or any other technical modica-

tions. The lines to the pump must be installed always steadily rising. A transfer of mechani-

cal loads or vibrations from the pump or to the pump must be eliminated through appropriate

actions (use of rubber bu󰀨ers, braided hoses, line xation, etc.). Do not reduce the suction

line.All pipe/hose connections to and from the pump must be sealed (e.g. Teon tape or sealing

cord - no hemp!). Do not reduce the suction line. All pipe/hose connections to and from the pump

must be sealed. We recommend that you implement the suction line „as one piece“ without any

interruption in order to prevent and avoid leaks. Check pump and water lines for leaks by pressure

testing min. 24 hours. Is dirt expected in the pump, an e󰀨ective pre-lter should be installed

before the pump inlet. Fill pump and suction pipe/hose with water. Please connect electrical-

ly pump with power supply. Start the pump. If necessary, the pump and the suction line must

be relled until a normal continuous operation has been established.

NOTE: Please note that a tapering of the pump connections may cause a defect in the pump. Here,

the terminal sizes specied should be strictly adhered to. With strong restriction of owthrough on

the pressure side of the pump (for example, due to clogged sand lter) water can come out of the

housing.

5. OPERATION

l Please remove the cover of the ller neck, ll in as much water as is necessary to allow it to

escape from the ller neck, connect the hose sealingly after lling with water.

l If the pump is used for self-priming well water, make sure that a non-return valve is installed at

the front end of the suction line.

l Connect the power supply, the display shows „0.0“ bar and the indicator light is on.

l Pump works automatically. Then open the outlet valve in order to remove air from pipes.

l Start and stop the pump by press the button „ “ at any operation condition.

l By pressing the “ “ or “ “ key, the setpoint value of the working pressure can be set; a short

press of the “ “ key increases the pressure by 0.1 bar each time. A short press of the “ “ but-

The indicator light ickers rapidly when the motor is in

the state of speed regulation and it ickers slowly when

the motor works in the constant speed or there is no

water. The light will always be on when stops automati-

cally. The light will be off when motor stops manually.

5 Pressure setting

indicator light The indicator light will icker when setting the pressure.

6 Water shortage

indicator light

Indicator light ickers when there is no water in the

pipe. It will automatically restart after water shortage,

the restart interval time is 8s, 1min, 10min, 30min, 1h,

2h..2h recycle.

7 Start/ Stop button Press the button to start/stop the pump and to recovery

normal state manually when pump is in a state of water

shortage.

8 Decrease button Press the button one time can reduce 0.1 bar, long time

press will reduce rapidly.

7. SECURITY TIPS

l Obey absolutely valid regulations on the electrical security

l Never run pump dry

l Pumping inammable, as well as all other aggressive liquids is prohibited

l Pay attention to the medium temperature max. 35°C

lNever pull the pump on the electrical cable or pressure hose

lAvoid cross section narrowing

l Pay attention to the given particle size

l During longer unused times, clean the pump, wash it out with clear water, dry and store it

at room temperature

l Test wells for enough owing water (dry run danger)

l The pump is to be secured through a RCD circuit breaker with a release current of 30 mA.

l The electrical connections are always to be carried out by an authorised professional

l The pump may be used by children aged 8 years and above as well as persons with reduced

physical, sensory or mental abilities or those who lack skills, experience and knowledge only if

they are supervised. These aforementioned persons should only use the appliance while adhe-

ring to safe instructions and resulting dangers.

l Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

l Under certain cirumstances, it is possible that that contamination of water is caused by leakage.

THE MANUFACTURER EXPLAINS:

l To take over no responsibility in the case of accidents or damages on the basis of careless-

ness or disregard to the instructions in this book.

l To reject every responsibility for the damages which originate from the improper use of the pump.

8. SERVICING

It must be regularly checked the pump lter and clean if necessary. The service inter-

vals are based on the respective usage. We recommend a weekly control in much dirt

accumulation, if necessary daily inspection. Under normal pumping conditions the pump

requires no servicing. From an operating period (with clear water) of approx. 2000 hours

the mechanical components should be checked: impeller wheels, chambers, sealing

rings etc. on wear and if necessary be changed. After 3000 pumping hours the oil in

the chamber should also be changed, if necessary (only with oil-dipped engine types!).

Please, only ll it up to 80% and check the sealing rings always for density.

With abrasive materials like sand the servicing duration can become shorter.

The following controls should be carried out regularly:

l Cleanness of the pump medium

Moreover, the pump should be emptied with risk of frost, be washed out with clear water

and stored dry.

Leakage Protection

LL When the pump runs continuously for 4 hours, it automatically enters the protection

program. After eliminating leakage or conrming that it works properly, it can be

restarted by changing parameters or power off.

9. GUARANTEE REGULATIONS

For all manufacturing and material defects, the statutory warranty applies. In these cases we

take the replacement or repair of the pump. Shipping costs shall be borne by our company,

except as required by law. Please report the warranty on our service platform

www.pro-pumpe.de/Service. We will inform you how to proceed with case-related.

Returns please su󰀩cient postage. Unfortunately not prepaid returns can not be accepted

because they are ltered out before delivery. Our service we provide in Germany.

The warranty does not cover:

l Material wear (sealing rings, impeller wheels, impeller chambers)

l Unjustied interventions or changes in the pump

l Damages by sel󰀨ault

lImproper servicing and improper use

l DRY RUNNIG (Also partially!) of the pump

Moreover, we give no damage compensation for secondary damages!

authorized service, we are only liable if original spare parts and accessories were used.

12. NOTES ON DISPOSAL

Electro devices of our company, labeled with the symbol of the crossed trash bin, are

not permitted to be disposed in your household garbage. We are registered at the

German registration department EAR under the WEEE-No. DE25523173.

This symbol means, that you’re not allowed to treat this product as a regular

household waste item – it has to be disposed at a recycling collection point of electri-

cal devices. This is the best way to save and protect our earth.

2. ALLGEMEINES

Die Pumpen sind nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik entwickelt, mit größter Sorgfalt gefertigt

und unterliegen strengen Qualitätskontrollen.

Die Pumpen wurden von uns insbesondere für die speziellen Anforderungen zur Umwälzung und

Filterung großer Wassermengen optimiert. Vergewissern Sie sich nach dem Auspacken, dass

die auf dem Typenschild und in der Einbauanleitung angegebenen Daten mit den vorgesehenen

Betriebsbedingungen übereinstimmen. Im Zweifelsfall ist der Betrieb zu unterlassen.

Transportschäden sind unverzüglich dem Speditionsunternehmen und uns schriftlich mitzuteilen.

3. ANWENDUNGSBEREICHE

Die Pumpe ist zur Förderung von Klarwasser (kein Schmutzwasser), frei von abrasiven Be-

standteilen (Sand, Schlamm, aggressive chemische Substanzen), vorgesehen. Das Wasser

muss ggf. bis auf 0,2 mm Partikelgröße vorgeltert werden. Für folgende Anwendungsbereiche

eignet sich die Pumpe:

l in privaten, sowie in ö󰀨entlichen Schwimmbecken

l Umwälzen von großen Wassermengen

l Sonstige Klarwasserförderung

1. VORWORT

Zum Kauf unserer Pumpe möchten wir Sie recht herzlich beglückwünschen. Wir wissen Ihr

Vertrauen zu schätzen. Aus diesem Grund stehen bei uns Funktions- und Betriebssicherheit an

erster Stelle.

Um Personen- und Sachschäden zu vermeiden, lesen Sie die vorliegende Bedie-

nungsanleitung bitte aufmerksam durch. Bitte beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise

und Anweisungen zum sachgemäßen Gebrauch der Pumpe. Eine Nichtbeachtung

der Anweisungen und Sicherheitshinweise können zu körperlichen Schäden oder

zu Sachschäden führen.

Bitte bewahren Sie die Bedienungsanleitung mit den Anweisungen und Sicherheits-

hinweisen sorgfältig auf, um jederzeit darauf zurückgreifen zu können.

WICHTIG!

Diese Pumpen sind für das Pumpen von sauberem Wasser und chemisch nicht aggressiven

Flüssigkeiten bestimmt. Bei nicht besitmmungsgemäßem Einsatz entfällt jegliche Gewährlei-

stung. Sie sind nicht für das Pumpen von brennbaren Flüssigkeiten oder für den Betrieb an

Orten, an denen die Gefahr einer Explosion besteht, geeignet.

Diese Pumpen sind für die private Nutzung im Haus und Garten vorgesehen. Diese Pumpen

sind nicht für die kontinuierliche Nutzung (ohne Unterbrechungen) vorgesehen. Bei Dauerlauf-

Betrieb verkürzt sich die Lebensdauer entsprechend. Pumpe niemals mehr als 5 Minuten gegen

ein geschlossenes Ventil laufen lassen. Pumpe gegen Trockenlauf entsprechend sichern (Tro-

ckenlaufschutz installieren).

Pumpe niemals mehr als 20 mal pro Stunde starten und stoppen. Beim Takten der Pumpe

entfällt jeglicher Anspruch auf Gewährleistung.

Nicht für Betrieb an Solar-Photovoltaikanlagen geeignet.

4. INBETRIEBNAHME

Die Installation ist von einer qualizierten Fachkraft auszuführen.

Bitte überprüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme die elektrischen Anschlüsse sowie das Kabel

auf Unversehrtheit.

Bitte prüfen Sie vor der Installation, ob der elektrische Anschluss entsprechend der gesetz-

lichen Vorschriften geerdet und installiert ist. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Pumpe durch einen

entsprechenden FI Schutzschalter (Auslösestrom 30mA) abgesichert ist.

Es ist NICHT zu empfehlen, selbst Kabelverlängerungen oder andere technische Modikati-

onen durchzuführen. Die Leitungen zur Pumpe sind stetig steigend zu verlegen. Eine Über-

tragung von mechanischen Lasten oder Schwingungen von oder zu der Pumpe muss durch

entsprechende Maßnahmen (Gummipu󰀨er, Panzerschläuche, Leitungsxierung usw.) ausge-

schlossen werden. Wasserleitungen, insb. die Saugleitung nicht reduzieren.

Alle Leitungen zu und von der Pumpe dichtend anschließen (z.B. Teonband oder Dichtfaden - kein

Hanf!). Wir empfehlen, die Saugleitung stets „in einem Stück“ ohne Unterbrechungen auszuführen,

um Undichtigkeiten zu vermeiden. Pumpe und Wasserleitungen auf Dichtigkeit mittels Druckprüfung

mind. 24 Std. testen. Ist mit Schmutz in der Pumpe zu rechnen, ist vor der Pumpe ein wirksamer

Vorlter zu installieren. Pumpe und Saugleitung mit Wasser befüllen.Pumpe elektrisch mit

Stromversorgung verbinden. Pumpe starten. Bei Bedarf muss die Pumpe und die Saugleitung

nachbefüllt werden bis sich ein normaler kontinuierlicher Betrieb eingestellt hat.

HINWEIS: Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine Verengung der Pumpenanschlüsse zu einem Defekt der

Pumpe führen kann. Hier sollten die angegebenen Anschlussgrößen unbedingt eingehalten werden.

Bei starker Einschränkung des Durchußes auf der Druckseite der Pumpe (z.B. durch verstopften

Sandlter) kann Wasser aus dem Gehäuse treten.

5. BEDIENUNG

l Bitte entfernen Sie die Abdeckung des Einfüllstutzens. Füllen Sie so viel Wasser ein bis es aus

dem Stutzen austritt. Schließen Sie nach dem Befüllen mit Wasser den Schlauch dichtend an.

l Wenn die Pumpe zum Selbstansaugen von Brunnenwasser verwendet wird ist darauf zu achten,

dass am vorderen Ende der Saugleitung ein Rückschlagventil installiert wird.

l Schließen Sie die Stromversorgung an, auf der Anzeige erscheint „0.0“ und die Kontrollleuchte

leuchtet.

l Die Pumpe startet automatisch. Ö󰀨nen Sie das Auslassventil um die Leitungen zu entlüften.

l Unter allen Betriebsbedingungen bewirkt das Drücken der „ “-Taste das Stoppen der Pumpe.

l Mit dem Drücken der „ “ oder „ “-Taste kann der Sollwert des Arbeitsdrucks eingestellt

werden, Ein kurzer Tastendruck der „ “-Taste erhöht den Druck um jeweils 0,1 bar.

Wasserbedarf. Kontrollieren Sie,

ob die Pumpe normal läuft und der

Druck, der auf dem Display ange-

zeigt wird, konstant ist. Wenn dies

der Fall ist, ist die Installation abge-

schlossen. Bei Unregelmäßigkeiten

bitte Punkt 10 lesen und kontrollie-

ren.

Tastenfunktion und Display-Beschreibung

1 Steigern-

Taste Ein kurzer Tastendruck erhöht den Druck um jeweils 0,1 bar, das

Halten der Taste bewirkt ein schnelles ansteigen des Drucks.

2 Druck-

Zeigt den aktuellen Druckwert in bar an. Das Display blinkt

nachdem die Auf- und Ab-Taste gedrückt wurde um den

Betriebsdruck einzustellen.

3 Netz-

anzeige Das Licht leuchtet wenn die Stromversorgung angeschlossen

ist.

4 Pumpen-

kontroll-

leuchte

Die Kontrollleuchte blinkt schnell wenn die Drehzahl des Motors

geregelt wird. Sie blinkt langsam wenn die Drehzahl des Motors

konstant ist oder kein Wasser vorhanden ist. Die Leuchte leuch-

tet immer wenn sie automatisch stoppt. Das Licht erlischt wenn

der Motor manuell gestoppt wird.

5 Druckein-

stellung Die Kontrollleuchte blinkt wenn der Druck eingestellt wird.

Die Kontrollleuchte blinkt, wenn sich kein Wasser im Leitungs-

netz bendet. Es wird automatisch nach Wassermangel neu

gestartet. Die Wiederanlaufzeit beträgt 8 Sek., 1 Min., 10 Min.,

30 Min, 1 Std., 2 Std. ... 2 Std. Wiederholung.

7 Start / Stop

Taste

Drücken Sie die Taste um die Pumpe zu starten/stoppen und

den Normalzustand manuell wiederherzustellen, wenn sich zu

wenig Wasser im Leitungsnetz bendet.

8 Reduzie-

ren-Taste Ein kurzer Tastendruck reduziert den Druck um jeweils 0,1 bar.

Das Halten der Taste bewirkt ein schnelles sinken des Drucks.
