General Instructions and Battery Charging
Please read these instructions fully before use.
BEFORE INSERTING THE BATTERY INTO ANY OF THE TOOLS
• Ensureanyttings(egsawblades)havebeenxedrmlyandthatanyadjustmentdevices(eghex
wrench)havebeenremoved
• Ensuretherelativefastenershavebeensecuredtightlyinplaceandtheworkpieceisadequatelysecured
• Alwaysensurethebatteryisdisconnectedbeforemakinganyadjustments
Power connection
•Thefuseinthepowercordonthechargershouldalwaysbereplacedwithoneofidenticalrating.Check
thatthevoltagegivenonthechargermatchesthesupplyvoltage.
Charge and battery
• Thechargerandthetoolsinthispackarespecicallydesignedtoworktogether.Donotattemptto
usethetoolswithanyotherchargerorbatteryotherthanthechargerandbatterysuppliedwiththese
products.IdenticalreplacementandextrabatteriesareavailableatyournearestPrincessAutolocation,
item#8083388.
• Note:Thebatteryissuppliedunchargedfromthefactory.Itwillbenecessarytochargethebatterybefore
use.Toprolongbatterylife,avoidleavingthebatteryonchargeforlongerthan24hours.Over-charging
isnotasafetyconcern,butitcanreducethelifespanofthebattery.Donotchargeabatterycolderthan
4°C.Betweencharges,restthechargerforatleast15minutes.Inawarmenvironment,orafterheavyuse,
thebatterypackmaybecometoohottopermitcharging.Allowtimeforthebatterytocooldownbefore
recharging.Whenthebatteryischargedforthersttime,orafterprolongedstorage,thebatterywillonly
acceptabouta60%charge.However,afterseveralchargeanddischargecycles,thebatterywillaccepta
100%charge.
• Tochargethebattery,insertthebatterypackinthecharger.Plugthechargerintoapoweroutletandpress
the‘set’buttononthecharger.

Changing the saw blade
• First,becomefamiliarwiththesawcomponentsandtheirset-up.Undothebladeretaininghexscrew
usingthesuppliedhexwrench.Removethescrew,pulloffthebladeclamp,andthebladetobe
replaced.Placethenewsawbladeintothelargerslotontheclampandaligntheholeinthejigsaw
bladewiththeholeintheclamp.Placethejigsawandclampassemblyontothemotorarm,making
sureall3holesarealigned.Insertthehexscrewandtighten.Ensurethejigsawbladeteetharefacing
outward.
Cutting angle
• Thebaseplateofthejigsawcanrotateupto35°forangledcuts.Toadjustthecuttingangle,loosen
thebaseplateangleadjustmentscrew.Tiltthebaseplatetothedesiredangle.Retightenthe
adjustmenthexscrew.
Cutting
• Beforeuse,ensurethattheworkpieceisclampedrmlyinplace.Depressthetriggerlockingbutton
andtheon/offtriggersimultaneouslytobeginbladeoperation.Allowthebladetocometofullspeed
beforestartingacut.

Sander operation

•Thetriangularbaseofthedetailsanderiscoatedwithhooks,thesandingpadsarecoatedonthenon-
abrasivesidewithloops.Thismakesitquickandeasytoreplacesandingpads.Thesandingpadmust
alignperfectlyontothesandingplate.
•Whenthepadisinposition,thesanderisreadytooperatebypressingtheon/offtrigger.
Flashlight Operation
•Insertbatteryintoashlightslotandsecure.
•Slidetheswitchonthehandleto1ofthe2brightnesspositions.
•Slidetheswitchtotheoffpositiontoturnoff.
