PFMTF50 Instruction
CHARGING BATTERY
WARNING: Never attempt to charge standard (non-rechargeable) batteries. Doing so
could result in injury and will void the warranty.
This unit operates on one rechargeable 14500 Li-Ion battery (included) and we
recommend fully charging it first. To do so, insert the battery into the home charger
following the polarity diagram shown on the charger. Flip out the charging plug on the back
of the charger and plug it into a standard wall outlet. IMPORTANT: Do not charge for
longer than 3 hours or continue to charge once the light on the charger turns green.
Once the light on the charger changes from red to green, the battery is fully charged and
should be removed from the charger.
NOTE: PFMTF50 can use a standard AA battery (not included); however, the unit’s
performance will be limited to 1-2 hours. We highly recommend that you always use the
included 14500 Li-Ion battery.
INSTALLING THE BATTERY
1. To access the battery compartment, unscrew the end cap (at the opposite end of the
light) by turning it counterclockwise.

2. Insert the fully charged battery into the flashlight. The positive (+) end of the battery
should be inserted first (toward the head of the light) as shown in the diagram below.
Screw the end cap back on by turning it clockwise.
USING THE FLASHLIGHT
1. To turn on the light, press the rubber Push Button Tail Switch (located at the
opposite end of the light) until it clicks and the light turns on. This unit features
three light modes: High, Low, and Strobe.
2. To change the light mode, “soft press” the rubber Push Button Tail Switch by
applying light pressure (if you press too hard it will click and turn off).
3. To adjust the focus, (with the light facing away from you) grasp the handle with
one hand then use the other hand to move the Slide Zoom forward or backward.
4. To turn the flashlight off, press the rubber Push Button Tail Switch until it clicks.
WARRANTY
Cutting Edge Products, Inc. extends a Lifetime warranty to the PFMTF50 for the product
against defects in materials or workmanship, with the following exceptions:
1. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse,
lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the
product, loss of parts, or recharging the unit in any manner not in accordance with
the instructions above.
2. The warranty will be voided if the unit has been opened (with the exception of
inserting the batteries according to the directions above) or tampered with in any
way (unless by an Authorized Dealer) or if any unauthorized replacement parts
have been used.
3. The lifetime warranty extends only to the flashlight and LED bulb only. The battery
is excluded from the warranty because it will be damaged if the charging
instructions above are not followed.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Purchase of this product is an agreement by the purchaser/user to hold all sellers and
manufacturers harmless of all liabilities and damages.
TO OBTAIN SERVICE
Contact the Authorized Dealer from whom you purchased this unit for Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). The return unit must be sent postage prepaid and proof of purchase
is required. Damage or loss occurring during shipment is not covered by this warranty.

CARGANDO LA BATERIA
ADVERTENCIA: Nunca intente cargar baterías estándar (no recargables). Si lo hace,
podría provocar lesiones y anulará la garantía.
Esta unidad funciona con una batería recargable de ion de li-Ion 14500 (incluida) y
recomendamos cargarla completamente antes de usar. Para hacerlo, inserte la batería en
el cargador siguiendo el diagrama de polaridad que se muestra en el cargador. Retire el
enchufe de carga en la parte posterior del cargador y enchúfelo a un tomacorriente de
pared estándar. IMPORTANTE: no cargue durante más de 3 horas ni continúe
cargando una vez que la luz del cargador se vuelva verde. Una vez que la luz del
cargador cambia de rojo a verde, la batería está completamente cargada y debe retirarse
del cargador.
NOTA: PFMTF50 puede usar una batería AA estándar (no incluida); Sin embargo, el
rendimiento de la unidad se limitará de 1-2 horas. Le recomendamos que siempre use la
batería 14500 Li-Ion incluida.

2. Inserte la batería ya cargada en la linterna. El lado positivo (+) de la batería debe
insertarse primero. Coloque la base nuevamente girando la base hacia la derecha.
USANDO LA LINTERNA
1. Para encender la linterna, presione el botón táctico (ubicado en la base de la
unidad) hasta que haga click y la luz se encienda. Esta unidad cuenta con tres
modos de luz: alta, baja y luz estroboscópica.
2. Para cambiar el modo de luz, presione “suavemente” el botón táctico (si presiona
fuertemente, escuchara ”click” y la luz se apagará).
3. Para ajustar el enfoque, (no apunte la luz hacia usted), sujete la unidad con una
mano y luego deslice el foco hacia adelante o hacia atrás.
4. Para, apagar la luz “presione fuertemente” el botón táctico hasta escuchar “click”.
GARANTIA
Cutting Edge Products, Inc. ofrece garantía de por vida a la unidad PFMTF50 contra
defectos en materiales o mano de obra, con las siguientes excepciones:
1. La garantía no cubre los daños resultantes a la exposición en agua en exceso de
la clasificación IP44, accidente, mal uso o abuso, falta de cuidado razonable, la
colocación de cualquier accesorio no provisto con el producto, la pérdida de
piezas o la recarga de la unidad de cualquier manera, no de acuerdo con las
instrucciones anteriores
2. La garantía quedará anulada si la unidad es abierta (con la excepción de insertar
la batería de acuerdo con las instrucciones anteriores) o se manipuló de alguna
manera (a menos que haya sido realizada por un distribuidor autorizado) o si se
han utilizado piezas de repuesto no autorizadas.
3. La garantía de por vida solo se aplica a la linterna y la bombilla LED. La batería
está excluida de la garantía.

La compra de este producto es un acuerdo entre el comprador / vendedor de mantener

autorización de retorno. El retorno debe ser enviado con envío pago y prueba de compra.
