Features and functions

The DPM Docking Station can be used for recharging batteries LFH 9144, for hands-free dictation and for

transferring data from the DPM to the PC.

Only Philips NiMH batteries LFH 9144 can be recharged! For recharging the batteries LFH 9144 and for

running the DPM from the mains power supply, only use the Philips power supply LFH 9145.

4DPM Docking Station 9110

Dictation

For hands-free dictation, insert the DPM into the slot and use the DPM as you normally would. Make sure the

DPM Docking Station is not connected to the PC via the USB connection; in USB mode, dictation is not possible.

Charging the NiMH rechargeable batteries (LFH 9144 )

Insert the DPM into the slot and make sure the DPM Docking Station is connected to the mains power supply

(green LED). Then switch off the DPM via the Lock/Hold switch; this starts recharging the batteries. While the

batteries are being recharged, the red LED is on. When the batteries are fully charged, the red LED starts to

blink.

Transferring data

Insert the DPM into the slot and press it down firmly until it locks. Make sure the DPM Docking Station is

connected to the PC. The data transfer starts automatically or by pressing the DL/S button on the DPM

depending on how you have configured the download process with the DPM Download/Configuration program.

Funktionen

Die DPM-Docking-Station wird für das Aufladen der aufladbared Philips-Batterien LFH 9144, für das freihändige

Diktieren und für das Übertragen der Daten vom DPM auf den PC verwendet.

Hinweis:Es können nur die aufladbaren Philips-Batterien LFH 9144 geladen werden. Wenn Sie die Batterien

aufladen wollen oder das DPM vom Stromnetz aus betreiben, verwenden Sie bitte nur das Philips-Ladegerät

LFH 9145.

Diktieren

Um freihändig zu diktieren, stellen Sie das DPM in den Steckplatz und benutzen Sie das DPM wie gewohnt.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die DPM-Docking-Sation nicht über den USB-Anschluss mit dem PC verbunden ist;

im USB-Modus ist das Diktieren nicht möglich.

NiMH-Batterien (LFH 9144) aufladen

Stellen Sie das DPM in den Steckplatz und vergewissern Sie sich, dass die DPM-Docking-Station an das Stromnetz

(grünes LED) angeschlossen ist. Schalten Sie dann das DPM mit dem Sperr/Feststell-Schalter aus, um den

Ladevorgang zu starten. Während die Batterien aufgeladen werden, leuchtet die rote LED. Wenn die Batterien

vollständig aufgeladen sind, beginnt die rote LED zu blinken.

Daten übertragen

Stellen Sie das DPM in den Steckplatz und drücken Sie es hinein, bis es einrastet. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die

DPM-Docking-Station an den PC angeschlossen ist. Abhängig davon, wie Sie das Programm DPM-

Download/Konfiguration konfiguriert haben, wird die Datenübertragung entweder automatisch gestartet, oder

durch Drücken der DL/S-Taste auf dem DPM.Genauere Informationen zur Verwendung des DPM finden Sie in

Caractéristiques et fonctions

Vous pouvez utiliser le socle de synchronisation pour recharger les piles LFH 9144, pour dicter en mode mains-

libres et transférer les données du DPM sur le PC.

Note : Seulement les piles LFH 9144 sont rechargeables. Pour recharger les piles et pour utiliser le DPM

lorsqu'il est branché sur le secteur, utilisez uniquement le chargeur Philips LFH 9145.

10 Socle de synchronisation du DPM 9110

Dictée

Pour dicter en mode mains-libres, placez le DPM dans la fente du socle de synchronisation et utilisez le DPM

comme d'habitude. Assurez-vous que le socle de synchronisation du DPM ne soit pas branché sur le PC via la

prise USB ; vous ne pouvez pas dictez en mode USB.

Recharger les piles NiMH (LFH 9144)

Placez le DPM dans la fente et assurez-vous que le socle de synchronisation du DPM soit branché sur le secteur

(diode verte). Eteignez ensuite le DPM avec l'interrupteur de verrouillage pour lancer la recharge des piles. La

diode rouge indique que les piles sont en cours de rechargement. Lorsque les piles sont entièrement rechargées,

la diode rouge se met à clignoter.

Transférer des données

Placez le DPM dans la fente et appuyez dessus jusqu'à ce qu'il s'enclenche. Assurez-vous que le socle de

synchronisation du DPM soit branché sur le PC. Selon la configuration que vous avez définie dans le programme

de Téléchargement/Configuration du DPM, le transfert de données démarre automatiquement ou après avoir

appuyé sur le bouton DL/S du DPM.
