1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions
Indoor use only. Keep away from rain, moisture,
splashing and dripping liquids.
Risk of electroshock when opening the cover.
Touching live wires can cause life-threatening
electroshocks.
This luminaire does not have a built-in device to
disconnect it from the electric mains. Make sure to
electrically isolate the luminaire before installation or
maintenance activities are performed.
Do not use when damage to housing or cables is
noticed.
Never install on live electronic circuits. Make sure to cut
the power first.
Do not use the luminaire with a cracked or broken
protective shield. Disconnect immediately from the
mains.

5. Installation
Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
1. Mount the base on the ceiling.
2. Connect the power cable. First, cut off the live circuit and make sure
the ground wire is connected. Next, connect the AC power lines to the
neutral (N) and live (L) terminals.
3. Mount the lamp onto the base.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
This lamp does not need any particular maintenance.
Occasionally wipe the lamp with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh
chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents.
The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light
source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

1. Inleiding

kan toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit toestel (en eventuele

dit toestel naar uw verdeler of naar een lokaal recyclagepunt

2. Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Gebruik het toestel enkel binnenshuis. Bescherm
tegen regen, vochtigheid en opspattende vloeistoffen.
Elektrocutiegevaar bij het openen van de behuizing.
Raak geen kabels aan die onder stroom staan om
dodelijke elektrische schokken te vermijden.
Dit toestel is niet uitgerust met een aan/uit-schakelaar
om het van het lichtnet los te koppelen. Isoleer het
toestel elektrisch voor de installatie of onderhoud.
Gebruik het toestel niet indien de behuizing of de
bekabeling beschadigd is.
Nooit installeren op een circuit onder spanning. Schakel
eerst de stroom uit.
Gebruik het toestel niet indien de beschermplaat
gebarsten of gebroken is. Ontkoppel het toestel
onmiddellijk.

5. Montage
Raadpleeg de afbeeldingen op pagina 2 van deze handleiding.
1. Bevestig de basis aan het plafond.
2. Sluit de voedingskabel aan. Schakel eerst de stroom uit en controleer
of de aardingsdraad aangesloten is. Verbind vervolgens de
voedingskabels met de nulleider (N) en de fasedraad (L).
3. Bevestig het toestel aan de basis.
6. Reiniging en onderhoud
Dit toestel heeft geen speciaal onderhoud nodig.
Maak het toestel af en toe schoon met een vochtige doek. Gebruik geen
bijtende chemische producten, reinigingsmiddelen of sterke
detergenten.
De lichtbron is niet vervangbaar. Wanneer de lichtbron het einde van
zijn levensduur heeft bereikt, moet het volledige toestel vervangen
worden.
