About Falcon RF with the WaveLAN
Wireless LAN PC Card
With Lucent’s WaveLAN wireless LAN, a Falcon RF user can roam freely throughout a
facility. A PC card and one or more access points allow the Falcon RF to maintain a
continuous, seamless connection to a wired network.
This chapter provides an overview of the WaveLAN wireless LAN PC card (Percon part
no. 0840-0011-00) and its use with the Falcon.
NOTE: For information about WaveLAN access points, see the user’s guide provided
by Lucent Technologies Inc.
