1Montage der Isolierung [Fachmann]

Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der Installation und Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch.
Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung zum späteren Gebrauch in der Nähe der Anlage auf.
Die mit [Fachmann] bezeichneten Kapitel richten sich ausschließlich an den Fachhandwerker.
1Montage der Isolierung [Fachmann]
Die Montage der HeatBloC-Isolierung sollte in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge ausgeführt
werden, um die Isolierung nicht zu beschädigen.
Achtung: Bringen Sie zuerst den Pumpenstecker an der Pumpe an.
Eine andere Montagereihenfolge kann zur Beschädigung der Isolierung führen.
1. Gemischter HeatBloC:
Führen Sie bei dem gemischten HeatBloC
das Kabel des Stellmotors durch die
Isolierschale hindurch.
2. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Führen Sie die Isolierung von unten am
Pumpenkabel vorbei.
3. Gemischter HeatBloC:
Achten Sie beim gemischten HeatBloC auf
den Stellmotor, der aus der Öffnung der
Isolierschale hängt.

4. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Kippen Sie die Isolierung schräg an, so
dass die untere Kante der Isolierschale
über den Verteiler gleitet.
5. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Drücken Sie vorsichtig den unteren Teil der
HeatBloC-Isolierung in die hintere
Isolierschale, bis sie einrastet.
6. Gemischter HeatBloC:
Rasten Sie beim gemischten HeatBloC den
Stellmotor auf dem Stellknopf auf. Achten
Sie darauf, dass die Stellung von Mischer
und Stellmotor zueinander passen.
7. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Schieben Sie die vordere und hintere
Isolierschale zum Verteiler zusammen, bis
sie einrastet.

Die Montage der Isolierung ist abgeschlossen.

Die Demontage der HeatBloC-Isolierung sollte in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge ausgeführt
werden, um die Isolierung nicht zu beschädigen.
Achtung: Der Pumpenstecker kann nur bei entfernter unterer Isolierschale des HeatBloCs
abgenommen werden! Andernfalls wird ggf. die Isolierung beschädigt.
1. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Ziehen Sie die vordere Isolierschale des
Verteilers ab.
2. Schieben Sie die hintere Isolierschale so
weit es geht nach hinten.
3. Gemischter HeatBloC:
Ziehen Sie bei dem gemischten HeatBloC
den Stellmotor vom Mischer ab.
4. Der Stellmotor ist noch durch das Kabel mit
dem HeatBloC verbunden.

5. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Ziehen Sie den unteren Teil der Isolierung des
HeatBloCs nach vorne. Fassen Sie dabei links
und rechts an den Seiten der Isolierschale an.
6. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Kippen Sie die Isolierung schräg an, so
dass die untere Kante der Isolierschale
über den Verteiler gleitet.
7. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Ziehen Sie die Isolierung nach unten am
Pumpenkabel vorbei.
8. Gemischter HeatBloC: Achten Sie beim
gemischten HeatBloC auf den Stellmotor, der
aus der Öffnung der Isolierschale hängt.
9. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Der Pumpenstecker kann nun entfernt
werden.

Carefully read these instructions before installation and commissioning.
Save these instructions in the vicinity of the installation for future reference.
The chapters called [specialist] are intended for specialists only.
1Mounting of the insulation [specialist]
The mounting of the HeatBloC insulation must be carried out in a specific sequence
in order to avoid damages of the insulation.
Attention: Connect the pump plug to the pump first.
Another mounting sequence can cause damage to the insulation.
1. Mixed HeatBloC:
Pass the cable of the actuator through
the insulating shell of the mixed HeatBloC.
2. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Pass the insulation from below
along the pump cable.
3. Mixed HeatBloC:
Observe the actuator which hangs out
of the opening of the insulating shell of
the mixed HeatBloC.

4. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Incline the insulation such that the
lower edge of the insulating shell
glides over the distribution manifold.
5. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Carefully press the lower part of the
HeatBloC insulation into the insulating
back shell until it snaps into place.
6. Mixed HeatBloC:
Mount the actuator on the adjusting knob
of the mixed HeatBloC. Make sure that
the position of the mixing valve and of
the actuator correspond to each other.
7. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Push the insulating front and back shell
of the distribution manifold together until
it snaps into place.

The mounting of the insulation is now completed.

The dismounting of the HeatBloC insulation must be carried out in a specific sequence
in order to avoid damages of the insulation.
Attention: The pump plug can only be removed if the lower insulating shell of the HeatBloC
has been taken off before! Otherwise there is a risk of causing damage to the insulation.
1. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Remove the insulating front shell
of the distribution manifold.
2. Push the insulating back shell
backwards as much as possible.
3. Mixed HeatBloC:
Remove the actuator from the
mixing valve of the mixed HeatBloC.
4. The actuator is still connected
to the HeatBloC via the cable.
