firstenlargepartA,andthenpushthe
AmplifierindirectionB.
②ToremovetheAmplifierfromtheDIN
Track,pullthemountinghookofthe
Amplifiertowardyou.
(4)MountingSpace
TheAmplifierradiatesheat.IfmorethanoneUnitisinstalledside-
by-side,makesurethatthereisaminimumspaceof5mmbetween
adjacentUnits.
2.OperatingTemperature
TheoperatingambienttemperaturerangeoftheAmplifieris
between0℃ and50℃.
Besuretokeepunderthefollowingconditions.
・ProvideenoughventilationtotheAmplifierinordertokeepthe
ventilationwell.
・DonotinstalltheAmplifierclosetoheat-radiatingdevicessuch
asheaters,transformers,andhigh-capacityresistors.
・Keeptheoperatingambienttemperatureunder50℃.
・Iftheoperatingambienttemperatureiscloseto50℃,usethe

adherencetothelimitationsoftheratingsandfunctions.Also,take

・Donotwirepowerlinesorhigh-tensionlinesalongsidelinesof
theSensorinthesameconduit,otherwisetheSensormaybe
damagedormalfunctionduetoinduction.Besuretowirethelines
oftheSensorseparatelyfrompowerlinesorhigh-tensionlinesor
withinanexclusive,shieldedconduit.
・Ifpowerlineswithhighcurrentformotorsarewiredclosetothe
Amplifier,makesurethattheAmplifieroperatesnormallyandtake
propermeasuressothatthepowerlineswillnothaveabad
influenceontheoperationoftheAmplifier.
・IfastandardswitchingregulatorisconnectedtotheSensor,be
suretogroundtheFG(frameground)andG(ground)terminals
oftheswitchingregulator.TheSensormaymalfunctiondueto
switchingnoisethatwillbegeneratedfromtheswitching
regulatoriftheseterminalsarenotgrounded.
・AnextensioncordoftheAmplifiercanbeusedprovidedthatthe
thicknessandlengthofthewireare0.3mm2min.and20mmax.
respectively.
・DonotbringtheconnectorontheAmplifierandthemetalscrews
onthebottomoftheAmplifierintocontactwithothermetals,
becausetheconnectorandthebottom-metal-screwsofthe
Amplifierareconnectedinternallyto0-VterminaloftheAmplifier.
4.Maintenance
・OrganicsolventsmaydamagethecasingoftheAmplifier,whichis
madeofABSresin.Donotuseanyotherorganicsolvent(paint
thinner,benzineoralcoholetc.)tocleantheproduct.
5.Others
・TheSensorisreadytooperatewithin1secaftertheSensoris
turnedon.IftheSensorandloadareconnectedtoseparatepower
supplies,besuretoturnontheSensorfirst.
・DonotdisconnectorconnecttheHeadwhiletheSensoristurned
