Important Safety Precautions
W A R N I N G
IMPORTANT! To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or
other injuries, follow these safety precautions
when installing, using and maintaining your
NV915.
• Any changes or modifications in construction of this device which are not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the users authority to operate the equipment.
A T T E N T I O N
• Always disconnect the power before installing or servicing the equipment.
• Disconnect the power cable and signal cable when thunder or lightning is present.
• Do not touch the power cord with wet hands. Make sure the electrical connectors are clean and dry before use.
• Disconnect the power cord when not in use for extended periods of time.
• Do not use if power cord is damaged.
• Do not install LCD Monitor close to heating sources.
• Do not place heavy articles on, or step on the LCD Monitor.
• The product should be installed in a clean and dry place.
• If you detect any smoke, unusual noise or smell, disconnect the electric power and contact service.
• Avoid contact with liquids or beverages.
• Do not use or place any combustible or flammable substances close to the LCD Monitor.
• Do not place the power cord close to any heating devices/sources.
• Do not apply any twisting forces or excess pressure to the LCD Monitor.
• Do not attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the LCD Monitor. If the LCD Monitor needs repair or adjustment, refer
servicing to qualified service personnel.
• When cleaning, do not directly spray with water or use flammable substances.
• Do not allow liquids to penetrate the LCD Monitor.
• When cleaning the LCD Monitor, disconnect the power and use a clean soft cloth. Never use a wet cloth.

Assembly Procedure
Step 1 Attach the Base Feet to the Base.
Tools Needed:
• 6mm Allen Wrench
Parts Needed:
• Base
• Base Foot A
• Base Foot B
NOTE:There are two possible assembly configurations for
theTV Stand.The narrower configuration (Figure A)
works best with Bikes and Ellipticals, while the the
wider configuration (Figure B) is best used with
Treadmills andTreadclimbers.
1-1 With the Rubber Pads facing away from the Base, Align the holes in the right or left Base Foot
with the holes in the Base.
Refer to Figure C for wide configuration.
Refer to Figure D for narrow configuration.
1-2 Secure the Base Foot with two M8 Allen Screws From the hardware kit.
1-3 Repeat the proceedure for the opposite Base Foot.

Assembly Procedure
Step 2 Attach Lower Mast to Base Assembly
Tools Needed:
• 6mm Allen Wrench
Parts Needed:
• Lower Mast
2-1 Align the Lower Mast with the holes in the Base Assembly.
Make sure the wide flat side of the Upright is facing the front
of the Base Assembly.
Refer to Figure B for wide configuration.
Refer to Figure C for narrow configuration.
2-2 Secure the Lower Mast with four M8 Allen Screws From
the hardware kit.

Step 4 Slide the Locking Collar onto the Upper Mast
Parts Needed:
• Locking Collar
• Upper Mast
4-1 Slide the Locking Collar onto the Upper Mast
(Figure A) with the clamp on the same side
as the warning sticker( Figure B) that is
applied to the Upper Mast.

Step 3 Slide Base Shroud onto the Lower Mast
Parts Needed:
• Base Shroud
3-1 Slide the Base Shroud onto the Lower Mast but do
not secure it to the Base at this time.
Lower Mast
This label should not be
visible when the stand is
setup. If label is visible,
stand height is set too
high and could tip over.

Assembly Procedure
Step 5 Insert Upper Mast into Lower Mast
Tools Needed:
• 5mm Allen Wrench
Parts Needed:
• Upper Mast
5-1 Slide the Upper Mast and Locking Collar into the Lower Mast with the warning sticker on the
Upper Mast and the Locking Collar Clamp toward the back of the stand. (Figure A)
Note:The Locking Collar will fit very tightly into the Lower Mast.
Make sure the Locking Collar is fully inserted into the Lower Mast
5-2 With the Locking collar fully inserted, continue to insert the Upper Mast until the
Warning Sticker is no longer visible above the Locking Collar. (Figure B)
5-3 Insert the M6 Cap Head Allen Screw and M6 nut into the
Locking Collar. Adjust Upper mast to desired height and
completely tighten the hardware. (Figure C)

Assembly Procedure
Step 6 Route the Wires through the Mast
Parts Needed:
• Wire Harness
Note: The Wires have different terminations at each end.
Make sure you insert end “A” (Figure A) into the mast.
End “A” has a female Coaxial termination.
6-1 Feed the “A” end of the Wire Harness into the Mast. (Figure B)
6-2 Feed the wires through until they exit the bottom of the Mast.
6-2 Locate the wires at the bottom of the Mast inside the Base and
continue to feed them out of the side of the Base. (Figure F)
Note: Leave about 12” of wires at the top of the Mast. (Figure C)
Optional Routing method:
1.Tie a hex nut or some other small weight to the “A” end of a 6 to 7 foot piece of string
and tie the other end to the LCD Wires.
2. Drop the weight down the Mast. (Figure D)
3. Locate the weight inside the hole in the Base. (Figure E)
4. Pull the string through the side of the Base until the wires exit. (Figure F)
