Quick Start Guide

1. Introduction
The In-wall Touch Switch allows you to remotely control
your lighting or even apply schedules for automatic
switching.
This guide will provide you with an overview of the
product and help you get through the initial setup and
installation.
2. Get to know your device
ON/OFF Switch
Reset. Touch and hold the ON/OFF Switch for about 15
seconds until the LED indicator flashes to restore the In-
wall Touch Switch to default factory settings.

3. Get Started
Warning!
•The In-wall Touch Switch must be installed and
serviced only by qualified electrical personnel.
•Do not touch the terminals of the device during
the testing.
•Turn off all power supplying this equipment before
installing.
•Make sure that the power supply is off before
connecting or disconnecting it to the auxiliary device.
•Always use a properly rated voltage sensing device
to confirm power is off.
•Replace all devices, doors and covers before
turning on power to this equipment.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in
death or serious injury.

3.1To get started, you will need:
A SEG-X3 Gateway
The SmartOWON mobile app
3.2 Installation
The in-wall switch must be installed by qualified
electrical personnel, keep the wiring diagram below for
future reference.

3.3Connect to the gateway’s network
1. Set your gateway to permit joining.
2. The LED indicator of the In-wall Touch Switch will
start flashing after installation indicating it is ready to
join the gateway's network (reset it if not).
3. The In-wall Touch Switch will join the gateway
automatically and the LED indicator will turn steady
when successfully joined.
4. Now you can find the In-wall Touch Switch under your
Automation interface of the mobile app. You can now
control the In-wall Touch Switch from the mobile app.
Note: If the In-wall Touch Switch fails to join the
gateway's network within one minute, simply reset it
and retry.
