Manipulez prudemment les lames car elles sont extrêmement coupantes.

Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil à vide.

Ne remplissez pas au-delà du niveau maximal du bol

Conseils pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats :

Travaillez par impulsions. Si des morceaux d’aliments restent collés sur les côtés du bol

(jambon, oignons, etc.), utilisez la spatule pour les dégager et répartissez-les dans le bol avant

de donner 2 or 3 impulsions supplémentaires.

Mettez 2 ou 4 lames en fonction de la quantité d’ingrédients.

RECETTE

Purée de pois chiches aux graines de sésame : 100 g de pois chiches secs, 1 petite cuillère

à café de sel, 5 cl de tahini, 5 cl de jus de citron, 5 cl des jus de cuisson, 1 gousse d’ail, 1 filet

d’huile d’olive, persil frais, paprika. Faites tremper les pois chiches pendant 12 heures. Rincez-

les, mettez-les dans une casserole et recouvrez d’eau. Portez-les à ébullition et laissez mijoter à

feu doux pendant une heure et demie. Égouttez-les et réservez un peu de liquide de cuisson.

Pelez : retirez la peau des pois chiches. Vous pouvez également utiliser des pois chiches en

conserve. Dans le bol (E) avec le couteau (D), versez les pois chiches avec les autres ingrédients.

Mixez jusqu’à l’obtention d’une crème onctueuse, environ 20 secondes. Hachez le persil pour

la décoration.

Purée : Mixez des carottes ou des fruits cuits coupés en petits morceaux : 300 g, max.

Handle the blades with care as the blades are extremely sharp.

Do not run the appliance empty.

Do not fill above the max. level of the bowl

Hints to obtain best results:

Work in pulses. If pieces of food remain stuck to the sides of the jug (ham, onions, etc.), use

the spatula to release them and distribute them around the jug before running 2 or 3

additional pulses.

Put 2 or 4 blades depends on the quantity of ingredients.

CLEANING THE APPLIANCE (SEE. FIG. 8 & 9)

RECIPE

Mashed chickpeas with sesame seeds: 100 g of dry chick peas, 1 small teaspoon of salt,

50 ml of tahini, 50 ml of lemon juice, 50 ml of cooking juices, 1 clove of garlic, 1 dash of olive

oil, fresh parsley, paprika. Leave the chickpeas to soak for 12 hours. Rinse them and put them

in a casserole and cover with water. Bring them to the boil and simmer over a low heat for

1 hour and a half. Drain them and keep a little cooking liquid by aside. Remove the skin from

the chick peas. You can use canned chickpeas as well. In the bowl (E) with the knife (D) pour

in the chick peas with other ingredients. Mix until you obtain a smooth cream, around

20 seconds. Chop the parsley for decoration.

Puree : Blend cooked carrots or fruit cut into small pieces: 300 g, max. 15 seconds.

Arbeiten Sie pulsweise. Falls Stücke der Zutaten an den Seiten des Behälters kleben (Schinken,

Zwiebeln usw.), lösen Sie diese mit dem Spatel und verteilen Sie sie im Behälter, bevor Sie das

Gerät noch 2- oder 3-mal pulsweise aktivieren.

Ob Sie zwei oder vier Klingen einsetzen hängt von der Menge der Zutaten ab.
