MOPEC USER MANUAL
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR BD080 BONE DUST VACUUM
COLLECTOR TO YOUR BD810 MOPEC 810 AUTOPSY SAW OR
STRYKER 810 AUTOPSY SAW
WHAT YOU NEED
- BD080 Bone Dust Collector Vacuum
- Attachable Vacuum Nozzle and Adapter Bracket
- BD810 Mopec 810 Autopsy Saw or Stryker 810 Autopsy Saw and Autopsy Blade
- BD022 Vacuum Adapter for Mopec 810/Stryker 810 Autopsy Saw
- Tools for Assembly

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make sure your 810 Autopsy Saw and BD080 Bone Dust Vacuum are turned off and
unplugged. Remove the autopsy blade from your saw and set aside.
2. Remove the bottom two screws from the face of your 810 Autopsy Saw. Keep the
screws in a secure location.
3. Attach the BD022 Vacuum Adapter to the saw using the long screws provided.

4. Turn the knurled screw on the nozzle in a counter-clockwise direction to remove the
adapter bracket.
5. Install the adapter bracket to the 810 vacuum adapter with the screws provided.

6. Reinstall the blade on the saw.
7. Push the small end of the molded vinyl hose end over the round portion of the nozzle
until a secure fit is obtained.

8. Slide the nozzle over the blade and align the slot on the nozzle with the adapter bracket
and secure with the knurled screw.
9. The system is now ready for use.
