Press the handle release button and
remove the handle assembly.
Press the dust cup release
button and remove the dust
cup assembly.
Remove the screws shown above. Take
the upper body away from the machine
gently.
Remove the screws shown above.
Take the nozzole away from the
machine gently.
Remove the screws. Remove the
front motor cover.

Check the power cord and plug for signs
of damage.
Switch is not
turned on
Press the on/off switch
The suction is decreasing and
the vacuum is not picking up

Check if the dust container is full, if so,
empty it.
Hose get jammed
Clean the hose.
Filters are dirty
Clean the filters.
Leak ash of dust cup
Seal rubber is not
installed
Reinstall the seal rubber
Filter cover has ash sprayed
The dust cup filter
is not installed
Reinstall the dust cup filter.
The dust cup filter
is broken
Change the dust cup filter.
After turning on the unit, the
motor runs but brush doesn't
rotate
Brush get jammed
Without plug in and clean the brush,
please refer the manual for details how to
clean
Check if the belt
broken or not
Apply replacing the belt
The air coming out of the
vacuum cleaner smells
Filters are dirty
Clean the filters.
Filters are not dry
Ensure the filters have been left to
dry for 24 hours before refitting back into
the vacuum cleaner and using.
