The vacuum cleaner is
plugged in but does not work
Check the power cord and plug for signs
of damage.
The suction is decreasing and
the vacuum is not picking up

Check if the dust container is full, if so,
empty it.
Seal rubber is not
installed
Reinstall the seal rubber
Filter cover has ash sprayed
The dust cup filter
is not installed
Reinstall the dust cup filter.
The dust cup filter
is broken
Change the dust cup filter.
After turning on the unit, the
motor runs but brush doesn't
rotate
Without plug in and clean the brush,
please refer the manual for details how to
clean
Check if the belt
broken or not
The air coming out of the
vacuum cleaner smells
Ensure the filters have been left to
dry for 24 hours before refitting back into
the vacuum cleaner and using.
