CAUTIONS!

Stick Mixer Operation
• Attach the Stainless Steel Mixing Leg to the Motor Housing as shown in the assembly diagram.
Ensure the Motor Housing and the Mixing Leg are securely ‘locked’ together.
• Plug the supply plug into a suitable 230-240Vpower outlet and switch on.
• Place the Stick Mixer into the supplied Mixing Cup or another sturdy container. If using the supplied
Mixing Cup, be sure to use the supplied Skid-Proof Base so that the Mixing Cup does not slide
around during use. Hold the Mixing Cup and Motor Housing firmly and press the ON/OFF switch to
activate the Stick Mixer motor. Carefully mix the ingredients as required with a sideways action of
the Stick Mixer.
Whisk Operation
• Assemble the Whisk and the Whisk Attachment by pushing the Whisk up into the hole at the base of
the Whisk Attachment. Ensure this is firmly locked into place. Attach the completely assembled
Whisk Attachment to the Motor Housing as shown in the assembly diagram. Ensure the Motor
Housing and the Whisk Attachment are securely ‘locked’ together.
• Plug the supply plug into a suitable 230-240Vpower outlet and switch on.
• Place the whisk into a sturdy mixture bowl. Hold the bowl and the Motor Housing firmly and press
the ON/OFF switch to activate the Stick Mixer motor.
• Carefully mix the ingredients as required with a sideways action of the whisk.
Chopper Attachment
• Assemble the 500ml Chopper Bowl and Detachable Blade as shown in the assembly diagram. Place
the Detachable Chopper Blade onto the centre pin of the Chopper Bowl and turn 90º to lock into
place.
• NOTE: Be careful when inserting the Chopper Blade, as it has sharp edges.
• Place food items into chopper bowl and attach to the Chopper Attachment to the Chopper Bowl
firmly. Attach the Motor Housing to the Chopper Attachment as shown in the assembly diagram.
Ensure the Motor Housing and the Chopper Attachment are securely ‘locked’ together
• Firmly holding the Motor Housing, switch the ON/OFF switch on to activate the Stick Mixer motor.

Speed control
This appliance has two methods of speed control.
a. ON/OFF operation with Turbo function (item B)
To operate, press and hold the top button to use at the standard speed. If more power is needed, press
and hold the lower button to activate the Turbo function.
b. Variable Speed Control (item C)
To operate, press and hold the top button to use at the standard speed. Adjust the Variable Speed
Control to adjust the speed level, as you require.
NOTE: The Variable Speed Control will not operate when using the Turbo function (lower power button).
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
When using electric appliances always observe safety regulations where applicable to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock and personal injury.
Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate.
Supply cord and plug.
Always fully unwind any cord to avoid overheating. Never allow the supply cord to come in contact with hot
objects. Do not carry the appliance by the cord or yank the cord to disconnect it from the mains supply.
Disconnect by first switching off the outlet, grasping the plug and pulling it out gently. Do not let the supply cord
hang over the edge of a table or counter.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
Children.
Caution. Keep out of reach of children.
This appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons. Young children must be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the appliance. This appliance is not suitable for use by young children or infirm
persons unless adequately supervised to ensure that they can use the appliance safely.
Water.
Do not immerse. Do not immerse any part of this appliance motor assembly or supply cord in water or other
liquid. Do not use with wet hands or use in damp situations.
