Thank you for purchasing this quality Lucci product. To ensure correct function and safety, please read and
follow all instructions carefully before assembly, installation and use of this heater. Please keep instructions
for future reference.
WARRANTY
•This heater is covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty is from the date of purchase, not the date of
installation.
•Please retain the proof of purchase for any warranty enquires.
•Warranty will be void if there is any damage due to improper usage or modification to the heater.
•
Failure to comply with the instructions in this manual may increase the risk of damage or injury and will
void the warranty.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Read and follow all of the instructions in this manual and store it in a safe place for future reference.
For your convenience record the model number and the purchase receipt in a safe place.
When the heater is first used you may detect an odour. This is because the protective layers of oil that the
elements of the device are coated in during production will burn off in first use. This should not cause
concern and you should allow the appliance to heat up in an open environment to make the smell disappear.
IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•Always ensure the power is OFF and the heater has cooled down for at least 30 minutes before performing
any maintenance, cleaning or making any adjustment.
•WARNING: The surface of the appliance will get VERY HOT during operation. DO NOT touch any surface
of the appliance when it is in operation. Always ensure the heater is switched off and cool before
transporting.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance and its remote control.
•This is a Class I product and must be earthed.
•All pole disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
•The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be scrapped.
•DO NOT attempt to modify or dismantle the appliance in any circumstances.
WARNING: All-Pole disconnection MUST BE incorportated into the fixed wiring accordance with
the wiring rules. As outline in clause 7.12.2 of AS/NZS 60335.1 for meeting the minimum electrical
safety of this standard.

PARTS LIST
•Unpack your appliance carefully. Remove all parts and hardware.
•Lay out all the components on a smooth surface and make sure no components are missing before
assembling. If parts are missing, return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection or
replacement.
•Check whether the heater has been damaged during transport. Do not operate/install any product which
appears damaged in any way. Return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection, repair
or replacement.
•Examine all parts, which should include the following:
1 Heater body
(1800, 2300W model with plug, 3000W model without plug)
2 Mounting bracket x 4
3 Screw x 8
4 Nut x 4
5 Expension bolt x 4
6 Instuction manual x 1

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT
•The heaters are with plug (1800 & 2300W) and hardwired (3000W) version. Fixed wirings MUST BE
installed by a licensed electrician.
•All wiring and installation of the appliance must adhere to the local council regulation and the latest local
and national wiring rules, eg. AS/NZS 3000 electrical installations.
•Before installing SKU#209070 / 209071, check the installation location in the ceiling/wall has access to a
socket outlet that is connected to a wall switch. If it does not, please contact a licensed electrician to
arrange the installation of the socket outlet and wall switch before continuing. Refer to the circuit diagram
section for more information.
•WARNING: Fire risk exists if the heater is covered by or positioned close to curtains or other
combustible materials.
•WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use
this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on
their own.
•This product must be installed at least 2.2 m above the floor level. (Refer to figure 2.3)
•This product is rated IP42 and it is suitable for the indoor and alfresco area. When installed in the
alfresco area, it MUST BE installed fully undercover.
•The mounting point must be able to support at least 4 times the weight of the heater.
•Ensure all the clearance values to the structural building element are maintained according to the
clearance diagram. (Refer to figure 2)
•Ensure the heater is kept at a safe distance from other furniture or appliances to avoid a hazard.
•Do not place the product close to a radiant heat source.
•Do not use in areas where gasoline, paint or other flammable liquids are used or stored.
•Do not immerse the heater in liquid or allow liquid to enter the interior of the heater, as this could cause
an electric shock.
•The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet. (Refer to figure 3)
•Seek assistance from a qualified electrician for any mechanical adjustments, service or repairs.
•Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
•Do not connect the appliance to the mains voltage until it is fully installed in the desired position.
•Do not use the appliance in the immediate surroundings of a bath/shower, swimming pool or any liquid
container.
•Do not allow any cables, furnishings, flammable materials or other items to come in contact with any
surface of the heater.
•If installed in wet areas, the heater switches or controls must be located so that they cannot be touched
by persons in the bath or shower.
•WARNING: To prevent strangulation and shock hazard to children, the flexible wiring connected to
this appliance shall be effectively fixed to the wall.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT
APPROXIMATE HEATING AREA
The heater can be installed on the wall or ceiling. If the heater is mounted on the wall, it must be angled
downwards. The heater must never be installed in the upwards or inwards facing position, the heating
surface must always be positioned to direct the heat in a downwards or outwards direction.
WARNING: Electrical connections / GPO’s should NOT be installed in the front of the heater or
located at the back of the heater. They should be located outside the physical footprint of the units
to minimize heat build-up behind the appliance. The heater is to be mounted on an angled ceiling,
ensure the electrical connections / GPOs are located at the lowest point of the heater.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
Before installation, please plan and check the ceiling space to make sure that there are no
obstructions such as ceiling joists and there is sufficient clearance to the ceiling and wall.
Refer to figure 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 for the clearance requirement.
NOTE: The heater must be installed at least 2.2M from the floor level. The recommended mounting
height is 2.2 – 2.5M.

NOTE: The heater must also be kept away from the other appliances, light fittings and the surface
below as the clearance showed in Figure 3.4.

INSTALLATION DIRECTION
NOTE: ONLY use the provided mounting bracket for installation
1. Slid the mounting bracket into the slot on the back of the heater. Fixe the mounting bracket by tightening
the screws. (Fig.3.1A)
NOTE: Ensure the minimum distance of the two brackets is kept as Fig.3.1D.
2. Install the other mounting bracket onto the wall or ceiling by the expansion nut or other appropriate
mounting methods based on the mounting surface. (Fig.3.2B)
3. Decide the aiming angle according to your need. Attach the appliance to the mounting bracket by the
screws and nuts provided. (Fig.3.3C)

CIRCUIT DIAGRAM & ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The 1800W & 2300W models (SKU# 209070, 209071) are provided with a supply cord and plug. The
3200W model (SKU#209072) is provided with a supply cord but without a plug.
NOTE: All fixed wiring MUST BE installed by a licensed electrician for SKU#209072.
NOTE: The socket outlet and the switch are required for SKU# 209070, 209071. The socket outlet and
switch MUST BE installed by a licensed electrician.
This heater is also required to be installed with accessible all-pole disconnection switch in the fixed wiring.
The switch rating must be at least 10A for the 1800W (SK# 209070) & 2300W model (SKU# 209071), and
15A for the 3200W (SKU# 209072) model.
