SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety
instructions when using this spinner bike: Read all instructions before using this
spinner bike.
zRead all the instructions in this manual and do warm up exercises before using this
equipment.
zDo not attempt any adjustments other than those described in this manual. Should any
problems arise, discontinue use and consult an Authorized Service Representative.
zDo not use the spinner bike outdoors.
zKeep children and pets away from the equipment while in use. This spinner bike is
designed for adults only.
zKeep Dry - do not operate in a wet or moist condition.
zNever insert any object into any opening.
zKeep the spinner bike on a solid, level surface. Using a carpet or other covering
material on the ground is recommended. The minimum free space required for safe
operation is not less than two meters. Be sure the area around the spinner bike
remains clear during use and has adequate clearance.
zThis spinner bike is for home use only.
zOnly one person should be on the spinner bike while in use.
zWear comfortable and suitable clothing when using the spinner bike. Do not use the
spinner bike barefoot, in only socks or in sandals, always wear athletic shoes. Never
wear loose clothing that might catch any part of the equipment.
zIf you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop
exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
zAlways hold on to the handlebar while using the spinner bike.
zTo dismount, reduce pedaling speed gradually before you stop.
zThe maximum weight capacity for this product is 250 lbs/110 kgs.
