poisonous and harmful and precious liquids leak, our company is not
responsible for that!

Please choose the suitable tube for the pump head, with reference to "pump
head suitable for tubes and tubing flow rate.
The operation manual provides tubing flow rate, distribution volume and

At the top knob of the pump head YT15, YT25, YZ35 t can adjust the
pressure, such as can't conveying liquid or the output pressure is not
enough, can be appropriately clockwise to normal output liquid.

Brief Introductions
● YZ, YT series pump heads are suitable for a variety of specifications tubes.
Simple and easy to replace the tubing, compact structure and reasonable,
which can realize multiple pump heas. PPS material of pump shell is resistance
to organic solvents and other corrosive liquids, strong and durable. The ways
between pressure tube have fixed and adjustable, flexible choice.

●YZ15：wall thickness 1.6mm

Part name and function
1. Flat shaft end: used to connect the drive coupling and cascade the pump
heads.
2. Pull rod: when install tubing need to use it .
3. Sliding block: after press it, squeeze the tubing together with the roller
device.
4. Tubing clamp: after the sliding block down, the tubing gets stuck, make the
tubing can't move.
5. Mounting hole: with the screw, the pump head is fixed on the drive.
6. Coupling : Using to cascade pump heads.
7. Upper Slide Block: Pulling the pull rod to drive the slider move up and down,
convenient to replace the tubing.
8. Adjust press knob (YZ35、YT15、YT25) fine-tuning between pressure tube.
Method of application
Install YZ15 / YZ25 / YT15 / YT25 pump head
●Put one side of the pump head flat shaft towards to drive, push on the
groove of coupling in front of drive. Make the pump head in suitable
position through the two position column of pump head support, put the
pump head cling to the drive.
●Insert the 2 pieces of pump head nails to mounting holes, tighten pump
head nails.

●Put one side of the pump head flat shaft towards to drive, push on the groove
of coupling in front of drive. Make the pump head in suitable position, put the
pump head cling to the drive.
●Insert the 2 pieces of screws and 3 pieces of pump head nails to mounting
holes, tighten pump head nails.

In tightening the screws and fixed pump head nail shall ensure that the degree
of the same, and not too tight.

Loading tubing for YZ15/YZ25/YT15/YT25 pump head
1. Be sure the pump drive is turn off.
2. Pull the pull rod to the horizontal position, left the sliding block.
Loading the suitable tube.
●YT15, YT25 pump heads only in the first installation tube need to a fine tuning
knob adjustment. First put the pressure tube clearance knob to the loose state
by counterclockwise.YZ15, YZ25 pump heads pressure tube clearance is
cannot adjust.
●Throw up on one side of the tubing clamp, put tubing in, then pull another side
tubing clamp, put the tubing into the other side.
●Tension with both hands on both ends of the tube, make it natural stretch, no
distortion, no deviation.

●Pull the pull rod to the horizontal position on the right side, to the sliding block
down in place.
●YT15 / YT25 pump head tuning knob adjustment methods: adjust the pump
speed within1-5rpm, slowly adjust the fine tuning knob clockwise to a
continuous conveying liquid, when stop the pump without reflow. If you want
to transfer the fluid with the high pressure, need to fine-tune knob clockwise
again.
Loading tubing for YZ35 pump head
1. Be sure the pump drive is turn off.
2. Pull the pull rod to the horizontal position, left the sliding block.
3. Loading the suitable tube.
Each time install the tube for the YZ35 pump heed needs to adjust the pressure
tube clearance, First put the pressure tube clearance knob to the loose state by
counterclockwise
Press on one side of the spring tubing clamp, put tubing in, then press another
side spring tubing clamp, put the tubing into the other side.
