Please read the instruction manual before use to install the
SIM card and use the product properly.
Before first use, fully charge the battery.
Do not turn on the tracker until the SIM card has been installed
following the instructions outlined in the manual.
Note:
USB Adaptor and SIM
Card are not included

1SETTING UP THE TRACKER
SIM CARD
INSTALLATION METHOD
Install a standard Nano SIM card (4G SIM for LTE network)
according to the SIM card installation method. The SIM card
needs to enable voice, SMS, data services and caller ID service.
Remove the 2 screws then you can use the SIM card pin tool to
remove the cover (please be careful not to damage the coating).
Insert a suitable 4G Nano SIMcard
with the gold side facing upwards
and the diagonal corner facing the
bottom right corner of the tracker.

pin tool to remove the cover (please be careful not to damage the coating).
Power On:
Press and HOLD the power button until the
motor vibrates.
Power Off:
Tap the power button 10 times continously
(within 5 seconds).
Reboot:
Press the power button for 15 seconds, the
tracker will reboot
Charging the Battery:
Use the magnetic charging lead and attach to the back of the tracker,
connect the other end of the cable to a USB charger
5V 1A / 5V 2A to charge.
Please do not use a fast charger with a 9V output.
A voltage higher than 5V may damage the device.
Note:

APN SETTINGS
The APN settings are not required for most
mobile providers but if you have just purchased
a new SIM you may need to follow these
instructions to set it up:
To test you can send below SMS command
to check if there is APN problem:
pw,123456,ts#
You will get SMS reply that includes following:
wifiOpen:
wifiConnect:
gprsOpen:
NET:OK(100)
To carry out the configuration, Google from the
provider’s official website, or insert SIM card
into an Android phone and check the network
profile to find out:
1. APN name
2. Username:
(most operators in the world do not require it)
3. Password:
(most operators in the world do not require it)
4. MCC:
Mobile Country Code
5. MNC:
Mobile Network Code - Operator Code
For example, the MCC code for Australia is 505.

For mobile operators who do not require user name and password
as authentication, the username and password values should be
left blank (just replace with commas).
With this data, we can manually configure the APN by sending the
following SMS message to the SIM number in the device (by entering
the specific values of the Operator):
pw,123456,apn,APN name,username,password,PLMN#
Example 1:
1. APN name: telstra.internet
2. Username:
3. Password:
4. MCC:505
5. MNC: 01
The SMS command to be sent to the SIM number in the GPS
Tracker is pw,123456,apn,telstra.internet,,,50501#
MNC needsto be no less than 2 digits, for example 02 instead
of 2.
Example 2:
1. APN name: tmobil.cl
2. Username: wap
3. Password: wap
4. MCC:730
5. MNC: 2
The SMS command to be sent to the SIM number in the GPS
Tracker is pw,123456,apn,tmobil.cl,wap,wap,73002#
SMS command should all be lower case letters without
spaces. After sending the sms command, you will get an
sms reply 'set apn.. is successful'. Now please restart the
tracker.

Note:
If the GPS tracker fails to turn on correctly, use the “Reset” button.
After pressing the “Reset” button, the GPS tracker system will be
forcibly turned off, and the settings will remain unchanged.
Please charge the GPS tracker battery after the unit has turned off
to get the tracker back to normal operation.

Note:
During installation, the phone prompts whether to trust the APP or
whether to allow prompt access to the phone’s location, etc.
Please select trusted and allow all the time.

REGISTERING THE TRACKER AND LOGGING IN
Open the App; new users will need to register a new account by
clicking on the bottom right “Register” button and
complete the registration steps.
Please note that you will need to select the right area you are located
in, for example if you’re in Australia, you need to select
“Area” as “Asia and Oceania”.
You also need to input a correct email address to ensure you can
reset your password if needed.
To avoid malicious registration, one mobile phone cannot register
more than 5 accounts.

CONNECTING THE GPS TRACKER TO YOUR APP ACCOUNT
After successful registration, log in to the account, under
Add Device select “Please Scan” option.
Use the phone’s camera to scan the QR code on
the back of the Tracker.
TIP:
The Registration QR code is the 15-digit registration number
found on the QR sticker on the back of the tracker
(it is not the IMEI barcode number).

ADDING OR DELETING THE DEVICE
How to add the device to your account:
ME > Device list > Add device > put the registration code of Tracker.
How to delete the device from your account:
ME > Device list > Edit > Delete > OK
ADDING A SECONDARY USER ACCOUNT
Follow previous steps on another phone to register a new account and
scan the QR code on the back of the tracker to add the device.
The original administrator account will receive a notification
to add the second user.
Note:
One APP account can bind multiple GPS trackers. One GPS
tracker can also be connected with numerous secondary
accounts with authorization from the primary administrator.

LOCATION UPDATE SETTING
This setting determines how often data is updated
from the Tracker to the APP.
In the APP select ME > Location Update Schedule
NOTE:
If the GPS tracker keeps still without movement, it will not update
location to save battery.
If GPS Tracker is not connected to a network then no location
data can be sent to the APP.
LOCATION UPDATE SETTING
This feature helps track the location
history of the tracker.
In the APP select
MAP > HISTORY icon
to check the location history.
