Place

the

unit

firm

surface

free

from

dirt

moisture.

The

KAV-300i

not

particularly

hum

sensitive,

therefore

other

components

can

placed

around

the

KAV-300i.

NOTE:

While

the

KAV-300i

has

superb

power

supply

and

does

not

require

dedicated

circuit,

strongly

advise

against

any

connections

through

extension

cords

multiple

adapters.

quality

amp

line

conditioners

grounded

strips

are

acceptable.

CONNECTIONS

CAUTIONS:

When

making

connections

this

any

other

component,

make

sure

all

components

are

OFF.

Make

sure

all

cable

terminations

are

the

highest

quality,

free

from

frayed

ends,

shorts,

cold

solder

joints.

The

wiring

and

KAV-300i,

BASIC

OPERATION

Engage

the

power

switch

the

KAV-300i

either

manually

via

the

remote

control.

The

KAV-300i

power

supply

incorporates

slow

start

protection

circuit

that

prevents

excessive

current

from

reaching

the

audio

circuitry

upon

initial

turn

on.

After

pressing

the

power

switch,

the

red

Stand-by

LED

will

turn

off

and

the

blue

Power

LED

will

illuminate.

There

delay,

followed

audible

click.

This

click

the

protection

circuitry

disengaging.

The

amplifier

now

ready

for

operation.

Choose

listening

source

and

select

that

input

either

manually

via

the

remote

control.

Start

play

the

source.

Set

volume
