Zulässiger Gebrauch
Der x-net Modulare Kunststoffverteiler besteht aus steck-
baren Einzelmodulen zum Einregulieren, Absperren und
Verteilen von Volumenströmen für Flächentemperierungs-
anlagen.
Jeder andere Gebrauch ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß und
daher unzulässig.
Der x-net Modulare Kunststoffverteiler ist nicht für die An-
wendung Trinkwasserverteilung geeignet.
Personalqualifikation
Lassen Sie die Montage und Reparaturen nur vom Fach-
handwerker ausführen, damit Ihre Gewährleistungsan-
sprüche nicht erlöschen.

Wartung und Reparaturen
Für den Austausch von Bauteilen dürfen nur Originalbau-
teile verwendet werden.
Es wird eine optische Überprüfung des Modularen Kunst-
stoffverteilers einmal im Jahr empfohlen.

Führen Sie die Verpackung und nicht benötigte Teile
dem Recycling oder der ordnungsgemäßen Entsor-
gung zu. Beachten Sie dabei die örtlichen Vorschriften.

Einsatzbedingungen
Der x-net Modulare Kunststoffverteiler ist geeignet für
Flächenheizung und –kühlung, für Heizungswasser und
–zusätze gemäß VDI 2035. Er ist beständig gegen zuge-
lassene Frostschutzmittel mit einer max. Konzentration
von 30%.
Er darf nur in geschlossenen Heizungssystemen eingesetzt
werden.

Lagern und Transportieren Sie die Einzelmodule nur in
Schutzverpackung.

Hinweis für Einzelraumreglung:
Für die Montage der x-net Stellantriebe auf den Thermo-
statventil im x-net Rücklaufmodul muss der x-net Venti-
ladapter VA10 (Zubehör) verwendet werden!

Einzelmodule und Zubehör
Für den korrekten Zusammenbau eines
x-net Modularen Kunststoffverteilers (Vor- und Rücklauf-
stamm) sind folgende Einzelkomponenten zu verwenden:
• x-net Eingangsmodul (2x)
• x-net Zubehörmodul (2x)
• x-net Vorlaufmodul (Stückzahl entsprechend der
Anzahl der Heiz-/Kühlkreise)
• x-net Rücklaufmodul (Stückzahl entsprechend der
Anzahl der Heiz-/Kühlkreise)
• x-net Endmodul (2x)
• x-net Eurokonus Adapter M3/4, mit Sicherungsclip;
1 Beutel = 2 Stück (Stückzahl Beutel entsprechend
der Anzahl der Heiz-/Kühlkreise)
• x-net Wandhalterungsset (1 Set = 2 Wandhalter)
Montagehinweis:
Bei mehr als 8 Heiz-/Kühlkreisen sind zusätzlich notwen-
dig:
• x-net Wandhalterungsmodul (2x)
• x-net Wandhalterung (1x)

Montagehinweise
Der x-net Modulare Kunststoffverteiler darf nur von aus-
gebildetem Fachpersonal montiert werden. Vor der Mon-
tage ist diese Anleitung gründlich zu lesen.
Montage der Einzelmodule
Achtung!
Ź
Prüfen Sie die Doppel-O-Ringe in den Einzelmodulen
auf Beschädigung, bevor Sie die Steckverbindungen
herstellen.
Ź
Stellen Sie beim Zusammenbau der Einzelmodule si-
cher, dass die beiden seitlichen Flügelklappen kom-
plett eingerastet sind.
Falls notwendig, können die Einzelmodule ausgewechselt
werden. Dazu müssen die beiden seitlichen Einrastflügel
vorsichtig mit Schraubendrehern gehoben werden.
Montage x-net Eurokonus Adapter M3/4
Ź
Entfernen Sie die gelben Verschlusskappen unten an
den x-net Vor- und Rücklaufmodulen.
Ź
Stecken Sie den x-net Eurokonus Adapter M3/4 unten
an die Vor- bzw. Rücklaufmodule auf und sichern ihn
mit den mitgelieferten Kunststoffclip.

Verwenden Sie für den Anschluss der
x-net Systemrohre an den Eurokonus Adapter M3/4
nur x-net Klemmringverschraubungen.
Ź
Stellen Sie die Verbindung sicher, indem Sie eine Dich-
tigkeitsprüfung durchführen.
Dichtigkeitsprüfung
Achtung!
Vor Abschluss der Montagearbeiten ist stets eine Dichtig-
keitsprüfung (6 bar) gemäß DIN EN 1264-4 durchzufüh-
ren.
Einstellung der Durchflussmenge
Schauglas mit Skala (1)
Arretrierkappe (2)
Einstellbereich: 0-5 l/min
KVS-Wert: 2,04 m³/h
Ź
Heben Sie die Arretierkappe (2) um einen Rastpunkt
an und verwenden Sie ihn als Einstellpunkt.
Ź
Drehen Sie die Arretierkappe (2), um die erforderliche
Durchflussmenge einzustellen. Hierzu müssen alle
sonstigen Absperrorgane des jeweiligen Heizkreises
vollständig geöffnet sein. Im Schauglas (1) kann die
durchströmende Wassermenge in l/min abgelesen
werden.

Überprüfen Sie die Einstellungen nach der Einregu-
lierung der gesamten Anlage nochmals. Drücken Sie
danach die Arretierkappe (2) nach unten (Einrasten),
um die Einstellung vor versehentlicher Veränderung
zu schützen.

Permissible use
The x-net modular plastic manifold consists of individual
plug-in modules for adjusting, shutting off and distribu-
ting volume flows for surface heating and cooling systems.
Any other use is contrary to the intended purpose and the-
refore not permissible.
The x-net modular plastic manifold is not suitable for ap-
plications involving drinking water distribution.
Qualification of staff
Only allow specialists to carry out installation and repair
work to prevent any warranty claims from being rendered
null and void.

EN – Installation instructions
Conditions of use
The x-net modular plastic manifold is suitable for surface
heating and cooling, for heating water and heating ad-
ditives according to VDI 2035. It is resistant to approved
antifreeze agents with a max. concentration of 30 %.
It may only be used in closed heating systems.

Only store and transport the individual modules in the
protective packaging.

Note on individual room control:
The x-net valve adapter VA10 (accessory) has to be used
for mounting the x-net actuator units on the thermostatic
valve in the x-net return flow module!

Individual modules and accessories
The following components have to be used for the correct
assembly of an x-net modular plastic manifold (flow and
return stem):
• x-net input module (2)
• x-net accessory module (2)
• x-net flow module (quantity according to number of
heating/cooling circuits)
• x-net return module (quantity according to number of
heating/cooling circuits)
• x-net end module (2)
• x-net euro taper adapter M3/4, with retaining
clip, 1 bag = 2 units (quantity of bags according to
number of heating/cooling circuits)
• x-net wall mount set (1 set = 2 wall mounts)
Installation information:
The following is additionally required for more than 8 he-
ating/cooling circuits:
• x-net wall mount module (2)
• x-net wall mount (1)

Installation information
Only trained qualified personnel are permitted to install
the x-net modular plastic manifold. Read these instruc-
tions thoroughly prior to installation.
Installing the individual modules
Note!
Ź
Check the double O-rings in the individual modules for
damage before creating the push-in connections.
Ź
When assembling the individual modules, ensure that
both lateral edge flaps are fully engaged.
If necessary, the individual modules can be changed. This
requires carefully lifting both locking flaps with screwdri-
vers.
Installing the x-net euro taper adapter M3/4
Ź
Remove the yellow cover caps at the bottom of the
x-net flow and return modules.
Ź
Connect the x-net euro taper adapter M3/4 at the bot-
tom of the flow/return modules and secure it with the
plastic clip provided.

Only use x-net compression fittings for connecting the
x-net clamp ring screw connection to the euro taper
adapter M3/4.
Ź
Ensure a secure connection by carrying out a leak test.
Leak test
Note!
Before completing the installation work, always carry out
a leak test (6 bar) according to EN 1264-4.
Adjusting the flow rate

Lift the locking cap (2) by one notch and use it as a
setting point.
Ź
Turn the locking cap (2) to set the required flow rate.
For this purpose, all other shut-off elements in the re-
spective heating circuit have to be completely open.
The amount of water flowing can be read in the sight
glass (1) in l/min.
Ź
Check the settings again after the entire system has
been adjusted. Then press the locking cap (2) down
(engage) to prevent inadvertent changes to the set-
ting.

Le répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique se compose
de modules individuels enfichables pour le réglage, le blo-
cage et la répartition des débits volumétriques pour les
installations de mise en température de surface.
Toute autre utilisation n'est pas conforme à l'usage prévu
et est donc interdite.
Le répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique n'est pas prévu
pour l'utilisation de répartiteur d'eau potable.
Qualification du personnel
Ne faire exécuter le montage et les réparations que par
un technicien spécialisé pour conserver ses droits à la ga-
rantie.

Maintenance et réparations
Seuls des composants d'origine doivent être utilisés lors
du remplacement.
Il est recommandé d'effectuer une fois par an un contrôle
visuel du répartiteur modulaire en plastique.
Traitement des déchets

Amener l'emballage et les pièces non nécessaires dans
un centre de recyclage ou un centre d'élimination
des déchets réglementaire. Respecter pour cela les
prescriptions locales.

Conditions d'utilisation
Le répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique convient au
chauffage et refroidissement de surface, à l'eau de chauf-
fage et les compléments de chauffage selon VDI 2035. Il
résiste à l'antigel autorisé avec une concentration maxi-
male de 30%.
Il doit uniquement être intégré dans des systèmes de
chauffage fermés.

Modules individuels et accessoires
Pour assembler correctement un
répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique (branche de dé-
part et de retour), les composants individuels suivants
doivent être utilisés:
• Module d'entrée x-net (2x)
• Module d'accessoires x-net (2x)
• Module de départ x-net (le nombre de pièces dépend
du nombre de circuits de chauffage / refroidissement)
• Module de retour x-net (le nombre de pièces dépend
du nombre de circuits de chauffage / refroidissement)
• Module terminal x-net (2x)
• Adaptateur de cône Euro x-net M3/4, avec clip de
sécurité; 1 sachet = 2 pièces (le nombre de sachets
dépend du nombre de circuits de chauffage / refroi-
dissement)
• Kit de support mural x-net (1 kit = 2 supports mu-
raux)
Instruction de montage:
S'il y a plus de 8 circuits de chauffage / refroidissement, les
composants suivants sont également nécessaires:
• Module de support mural x-net (2x)

Instructions de montage
Le répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique doit unique-
ment être monté par une personne qualifiée et formée.
Avant le montage, lire attentivement la présente notice.
Montage des modules individuels
Attention!
Ź
Vérifier l'absence de dommages sur les joints to-
riques doubles dans les modules individuels avant
d'effectuer les connexions.
Ź
Lors de l'assemblage des modules individuels,
s'assurer que les deux volets latéraux sont entière-
ment enclenchés.
Si nécessaire, les modules individuels peuvent être rem-
placés. Pour cela, les deux ouvrants à enclenchement la-
téraux doivent être soulevés avec précaution à l'aide de
tournevis.
Montage de l'adaptateur du cône Euro x-net M3/4
Ź
Retirer les capuchons jaunes situés sous les modules
de départ et de retour x-net.
Ź
Insérer l'adaptateur du cône Euro x-net M3/4 sous le
module de départ ou de retour et le fixer avec le clip
en plastique fourni.

Pour le raccordement des tuyaux de système
x-net sur l'adaptateur de cône Euro M3/4, uniquement
utiliser les raccords à compression x-net.
Ź
S'assurer du bon raccordement en effectuant un con-
trôle d'étanchéité.
Contrôle d'étanchéité
Attention!
Avant de terminer les opérations de montage, un contrôle
d'étanchéité (6bars) doit toujours être effectué conformé-
ment à la norme DIN EN 1264-4.

Soulever d'un cran le capuchon d'arrêt (2) et l'utiliser
comme point de réglage.
Ź
Pour régler le débit nécessaire, tourner le capuchon
d'arrêt (2). Tous les autres organes de verrouillage du
circuit de chauffage correspondant doivent pour cela
être ouverts entièrement. Le débit d'eau en circulation
exprimé en l/min peut être lu dans le verre-indicateur
(1).

Revérifier les réglages après avoir réglé toute
l'installation. Pousser le capuchon d'arrêt (2) vers le
bas (enclenchement) pour protéger le réglage contre
toute modification involontaire.
