CAUTIONS ON OPERATING THE MACHINE

Do not run the machine. under

filled up

with fresh oil.

This machine can run with a

LUBRICATION

Before operating the machine

1. Fill up

1. Adjusting the oil supply to the face

take-up and needle bar crank components,

remove the Iaw plate and the oil prevrnt-

ing plate and adjust by turning the oil ad-

justing pin at the tip of the main shaft.

THREADING THE MACHINE

Rotate the hand wheel mright and place the thread take-up to the highest positiart.

the needle thread in the order shown by the iigure.

THE THREAD TENSION

Adjusting the needle thread tension
