General Warnings and advice
The units should not be exposed to direct sunlight, very high or low temperatures,
strong magnetic elds, high frequencies and dusty environments.
The main weather station unit is for indoor use only, the sensor(s) can be
positioned outside but should be sheltered from the rain and mounted vertically
so that any moisture drains out they should be well ventilated and must not be
immersed in water.
Never attempt to insert wires, pins or other such objects into the vents or open-
ings of the unit.
Do not disassemble or modify the
units
, there are no user serviceable parts.
If
the units are damaged or malfunction do not use. Consult a qualied service
engineer.
Do not use abrasives, benzene, thinner or other solvents to clean the surface of
the units. To clean, wipe with a clean soft cloth it and a mild detergent solution.
Batteries should be removed if the units are not to be used for an extended
period.
This product uses batteries and should be disposed of separately from
household waste at an appropriate recycling point/centre at the end of it’s life
cycle. For more detailed information about disposal of
your old appliance, please contact your local authority.

Introduction and Features
The i-Star weather station combines a full range of weather measurements and
weather forecasting with a digital alarm clock with snooze function.
The main display unit is supplied with a wireless remote sensor which can
transmit temperature and humidity readings from an outdoor location or else-
where in the home from up to 100m away (in an open area). The main unit can
also receive and display readings from a further two sensors not supplied. Both
the sensor and main unit can be freestanding or wall mounted.
Powering, positioning and mounting the units
The MAIN UNIT can be powered either by connection to a powered USB socket
using the cable provided A or insert 3 AAA batteries (not supplied) into the
battery compartment B. Try to position the main unit and sensor so that there
are as few solid walls/obstacles as possible between them.
Position out of direct sunlight.
Position 1.5-2m away from

Sensor Setup
Place the sensor close to the main unit and insert 2x AA batteries (see page 3).
Use the slide switch on the sensor Hto set a channel number 1, 2 or 3. Use the
CHANNEL
button 25 on the main unit to select the same Channel number on the
display 9. The red LED on the sensor will ash. The weather station will
automatically receive the sensor signal once powered and after a short time a
temperature 8and humidity 11 reading will appear automatically on the display.
You can now position the sensor outdoors or elsewhere indoors.
If the sensor readings don’t appear, press and hold the
CHANNEL
button 25 for at
least 2 seconds to manually restart the RF connection.
If the sensor signal is lost after 2 hours, “--.-” will be displayed in the
corresponding CH. In normal operation the sensor LED will ash twice
approximately every 2~2.5 minutes.
The weather station can support a total of 3 remote sensors which can be posi-
tioned out doors or around the home.
Setting the Alarm
You can set the alarm for all days of the week (MO-SU) or for weekdays only (MO-FR)
Stop Alarm / Snooze
When the alarm is Beeping press the SNOOZE Button
22 to stop the alarm for 5 minutes and the icon
will be displayed. Press any other button to cancel the alarm sound.

Setting the Alerts
You can set an Alert to warn you when the selected sensor registers a particular
high or low set temperature. (Max. High +70ºC (+158ºF), Min. Low - 40ºC (-40ºF)).
You can set dierent high and low tempertures for each sensor selected.

Barometer and Weather Forecast
The weather icons displaying (Sunny, Partly Cloudy, Cloudy, Rain, Snow) are
based on the hourly calculation of indoor/outdoor temperature humidity and at-
mospheric pressure data. The forecast station uses changing atmospheric pres-
sure to predict weather conditions for the next 12 hours with 70-75% accuracy.
Barometric (air) pressure range measured: 800hpa~1100hPa (600mmHg-832
mmHg). Barometric pressure units hPa/mB or mmHg can be set to display
Air pressure varies according to location and altitude. To ensure the optimum
accuracy of your weather forecasts you can reset the pressure to match local
pressure once you have looked it up on line.
You can enter your postcode at sites like https://weather.com/ to nd the
current air pressure at your location.
To adjust relative air pressure, power o your weather station then press and
hold the /MEM
/CF buttons simultaneously as the unit is powered on again,
“ CAL” will be displayed in the calendar area and the atmospheric pressure read-
ing will ash, press /MEM
/CF to change the value to match the value you
have looked up, press SET to conrm, the atmospheric pressure digit area will
display “God”, Full indicators will display for 1 second and then display will return
to normal.
Temperature and Humidity
Current Outdoor temperature and humidity readings are displayed in white in
the centre right of the screen. Current Indoor temperature and humidity
readings are displayed in yellow at the bottom of the screen.
Press /MEM repeatedly to display MAX and MIN values recorded.
Troubleshooting
If there are no sensor readings or a poor signal showing please check if sensor:
Is out of range, the signal is blocked by obstacles, batteries are at, there is
interference from other electronic or wireless equipment.
To prevent please do not use other wireless products such as headphones or
speakers operating on the same signal frequency.

Die Geräte dürfen weder direktem Sonnenlicht, noch extrem hohen oder nied-
rigen Temperaturen, starken Magnetfeldern, hohen Frequenzen oder staubiger
Umgebungsluft ausgesetzt werden.
Die Wetterstation selbst ist nur in Innenräumen zu verwenden. Die Sensoren
können in Außenbereichen angebracht werden, wenn sie vor Regen geschützt
sind und vertikal montiert werden, damit die Feuchtigkeit gegebenenfalls abläu-
ft. Sie müssen gut belüftet werden und dürfen nicht in Wasser getaucht werden.
Versuchen Sie niemals, Drähte, Stifte oder ähnliche Gegenstände in die Lüf-
tungsschlitze oder Önungen des Geräts einzuführen.
Zerlegen und modizieren Sie den Wetterstation nicht. Es gibt keine vom
Benutzer zu wartenden Teile. Wenn der Wetterstation beschädigt ist oder
Funktionsstörungen auftreten, benutzen Sie ihn nicht. Wenden Sie sich an einen
qualizierten Servicetechniker.
Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel, Benzin, Verdünner oder andere Lösungsmit-
tel, um die Oberäche des Geräts zu reinigen. Zur Reinigung mit einem sauberen
weichen Tuch und einer milden Reinigungslösung abwischen.
Aus Geräten, die längere Zeit nicht genutzt werden, sind die Akkus zu entfernen.
Dieses Produkt verwendet Batterien und sowohl das Produkt als auch die Bat-
terien müssen ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden. Werfen Sie sie am Ende ihres
Lebenszyklus nicht in den Hausmüll. Bringen Sie sie zu einem Sammelzentrum
für das Recycling von elektrischen, elektronischen
Geräten und Batterien. Wenden Sie sich an Ihren
Gemeinderat, um Ratschläge zum Recycling zu erhalten.

Einführung und Funktionen
Die Wetterstation i-Star ist eine Kombination aus einer Reihe von Geräten für Wet-
termessungen und -prognosen und einem digitalen Wecker mit Schlummerfunktion.
Das Hauptgerät ist mit einem kabellosen Fernsensor ausgestattet, der in Außenbere-
ichen oder anderen Zimmern Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsmessungen durchführen
und ihre Ergebnisse bis zu 100 m (in einem oenen Bereich) weit übertragen kann.
Außerdem kann das Hauptgerät Messergebnisse von zwei weiteren Sensoren (nicht
im Lieferumfang enthalten) empfangen und anzeigen. Sowohl der Sensor als auch das
Hauptgerät eignen sich für den freistehenden Einsatz ebenso wie zur Wandmontage.
Einschalten, Positionierung und Montage der Geräte.
Das HAUPTGERÄT kann entweder mit dem mitgelieferten Kabel an einen USB-
Anschluss mit Stromversorgung angeschlossen Aoder mit 3 AAA-Batterien
(nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) im Batteriefach Bmit Strom versorgt werden.
Beachten Sie bei der Aufstellung des Hauptgerätes und des Sensors, dass
möglichst wenig Wände/Hindernisse
zwischen ihnen liegen sollten.
Vermeiden Sie direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung.
Positionieren Sie das Gerät in
1,5–2 m Abstand zu Geräten wie
Fernsehern oder Monitioren,
die Interferenzen verursachen
können. Stellen Sie das
Hauptgerät nicht in die Nähe
von Fensterrahmen aus
Metall. Sie können das Haupt-
gerät mit dem Schlüsselloch
auf der Rückseite des Gerätes
C an einen Haken oder eine
Schraube hängen. Alternativ
dazu
können Sie die beiden Metallstützen

Sockel D auf der Rückseite des
Gerätes schrauben.
