(1)theProductinitsoriginalsealedpackagingor(2)thecomputersystem
containingtheProduct(“ComputerSystem”).IftheProductfailstoconform
totheabovewarrantyduringthewarrantyperiod,Intel,atitsoption,will:
REPAIRtheProduct;OR
REPLACEitwithaneworreconditionedProduct;OR,
REFUNDitsvalueatthetimeofthewarrantyclaim.
This will be the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

applicable law, extend only to the Original Purchaser or the Original
System Customer and last only for as long as the Original Purchaser or
