TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
1. I can still hear outside noises when ANR is activated.
•This is normal. In fact, no ANR headset in the market can
completely delete the noises. It only reduces a certain
amount of noises. This headset is capable of a maximum
-15dB of active noise reduction.
•Be sure that a “AAA” battery is installed to use the Active
Noise Reduction feature.
2. There is no sound.
•Make sure the volume is turned up on your iPhone, iPod
or other audio device.
