WICHTIG: Für die Montage werden zwei Personen benötigt!

Bodenisolation unten einlegen.

Isolationshälfte „Anschlussseite“ auf die Anschlussstutzen stecken (Bild 1).

Isolationshälfte „Flanschseite“ an den Speicher anbringen. Darauf achten, dass die

Ausschnitte (für Stutzen, Flansch, Thermometer, usw.) am Speicher ausgerichtet sind. Ggf.

sollte mit passenden Unterlagen zum Höhenausgleich gearbeitet werden.

Auf einer Seite, von oben beginnend, Verschlussleiste in der ersten oder zweiten Rastung

schließen (Bild 2). Damit die Isolationshälften dabei nicht am Speicher verrutschen, muss

eine Person die beiden Hälften auf der anderen Seite halten.

Die Ausrichtung der Ausschnitte in der Isolation nochmals prüfen und die Verschlussleiste

auf der Gegenseite in der ersten oder zweiten Rastung schließen (Bild 3).

Abwechselnd die Verschlussleisten auf die dritte oder vierte Rastung nachspannen.

Speicherdeckel- Isolation einlegen und Speicherdeckel montieren.

Flanschhaube (inkl. Isolation) einbringen.

Thermometer mit beiliegendem L-Blechwinkel montieren (Bild 4-5).

Fühler mit beiliegenden Omegafedern montieren (Bild 6-7).

Anschlüsse mit Kleberosetten versehen. Fehlende Abdeckkappen (inkl. Isolation)

aufstecken.

Hoval- Typenschild und Installationshinweis auf die Speicherisolation kleben.

IMPORTANT: Le montage doit être effectué par deux personnes!

Mettre l’isolation de base.

Fixer l’isolation côté « raccordement » aux manchons de raccordement (figure 1).

Fixer l’isolation côté « bride » à l’accumulateur. Les découpures (pour manchons, bride,

thermomètre etc) doivent être ajustées correctement à l’accumulateur. Au besoin égaliser le

niveau d’hauteur avec un support approprié.

Fermer la barre de fermeture d’un côté, commençant par le haut, dans la première ou

seconde encoche (figure 2). Pour ne pas faire glisser les deux pièces d’isolation à

l’accumulateur, une personne doit tenir les deux pièces d’isolation de l’autre côté.

S’assurer encore une fois que l’alignement des découpures dans l’isolation est correcte,

ensuite fermer la barre de fermeture à l’autre côté dans la première et seconde encoche

(figure 3).

Tour à tour tendre la barre de fermeture dans la troisième ou quatrième encoche.

Insérer l’isolation du couvercle et monter le couvercle de l’accumulateur.

Fixer le capot de bride (isolation inclus).

Monter le thermomètre à l’aide de l’angle en L de la tôle inclus (figure 4-5).

Monter le capteur avec les ressorts omega inclus (figure 6-7).

Munir les raccords de rosettes adhésives. Fixer les capots de couvercle manquants

(isolation inclus).

Coller la plaque d’identification « Hoval » ainsi que l’indication d’installation sur l’isolation de

l’accumulateur.

Insert basement insulation.

Clip insulation part with connection cutouts on the calorifier connections (Figure 1).

Fix insulation half „flange side“ at the calorifier. Pay attention to correct fit of cutouts (for

connections, flange, thermometer, etc.) at the calorifier. If necessary use proper parts for

height compensation.

On one side, starting at the top, lock the fastener band at the first or second position

(Figure 2). In order that the insulation halfs not shifting at the tank, one person has to fix the

insulation on the other side.

Recheck the correct fit of cutouts and lock the fastener band on the opposite side at the first

or second position (Figure 3).

In turn retighten the fastener bands to the third or fourth position.

Insert calorifier cap insulation and mount calorifier cap.

Insert flange hood (incl. insulation).

Mount thermometer with enclosed L-shaped metal bracket (Figure 4-5).

Mount sensor with enclosed omega-shaped clips (Figure 6-7).

Place rosettes at the connections. Plug on missing cover caps (incl. insulation).

Fix Hoval nameplate and installation instruction at calorifier insulation.

Posare l’isolamento del fondo.

Inserire la metà dell’isolamento „lato attacchi“ sopra gli attacchi (Fig. 1).

Applicare l’isolamento „lato flangia“ al bollitore. Fare attenzione all’orientamento delle

aperture per gli attacchi, flangia, termometro, ecc. del bollitore. Se necessario creare dei

supporti per compensare l’altezza.

Chiudere nella prima o seconda tacca, iniziando da sopra, il profilo di chiusura (Fig. 2).

Affinché le due metà dell’isolamento non scivolino sul bollitore, la seconda persona deve

tenere salde dall’altra parte le due altre metà dell’isolamento.

Verificare nuovamente la posizione delle aperture degli attacchi sull’isolamento e applicare,

sul lato opposto al precedente, il profilo di chiusura inserendolo nella prima o seconda tacca

(Fig. 3).

Alternativamente serrare i due profili di chiusura nella terza o quarta tacca.

Posare il coperchio dell’isolamento e montarlo.

Applicare la vite della flangia (incl. Isolamento).

Montare il termometro con la lamiera ad angolo di fissaggio (Fig. 4-5).

Montare la sonda con le mollette di fissaggio (Fig. 6-7).

Incollare sugli attacchi le rosette adesive. Innestare le coperture mancanti (incl. isolamento).

Incollare la targhetta dati Hoval e gli avvisi per l’installazione sul bollitore.

Indlæg jordisolation for neden.

Stik isolationdelens "tilslutningsside" på tilslutningsstudserne (Billede 1).

Placer isolationsdelens "flankeside" på beholderen. Sørg for, at udsnittene (til studser,

flange, termometer osv.) på beholderen er rettet ud. Hertil skal bruges passende underlag til

at placere i korrekt højde.

På den ene side og med start oppefra skal lukningslisten låses i første eller anden position

(Billede 2). For at isolationsdelen derved ikke forskydes på beholderen, skal en person

holde de to halvdele fra den anden side.

Kontrollér igen, at udsnittene er placeret korrekt, og lås lukningslisten på bagsiden i første

eller anden position (Billede 3).

Tilspænd skiftevis lukningslisten i den tredje eller fjerde position.

Indlæg isolering i beholderdæksel, og monter beholderdæksel.

Indfør flangeskærm (inkl. Isolation).

Monter termometer med medfølgende L-blikvinkel (Billede 4-5).

Monter føler med medfølgende omega-formede fjedre (Billede 6-7).

Sæt klæberosetter på forbindelserne. Påsæt de manglende afdækningshætter

(inkl. isolation).

Klæb Hoval-mærkeskilt og installationsvejledning på beholderisoleringen.
