A. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using.
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the
following:
Before you connect the appliance to the power, make sure that the voltage indicated on the bottom of the
appliance corresponds to the local power voltage.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord, the plug or other parts are damaged.
If the power cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by an authorised service center in order to avoid a
hazard.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliances.
Insert the beater, whisk or dough hook into the stand mixer before you connect the stand mixer to the mains.
Before you switch on the appliance, lower the beater, dough hook or whisk into the ingredients.
Do not touch the beater, dough hook or whisk, especially when the appliance is plugged in.
If the beaters get stuck, switch off the appliance and unplug it. Then use the spatula to remove the ingredients
that block the beaters.
Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling
or cleaning.

Do not immerse the motor unit in water nor rinse it under the tap.
Do not use any accessories or parts from other manufacturers. Warranty will be invalid if you use such
accessories or parts.
This appliance is intended for household use only.
Do not exceed the quantities and processing time as indicated in the user manual.

Importants
Do not stick knife, metal spoons, fork and so on into bowl when operating.
The speed selector must be at “OFF” position after use.
Unplug the power cord before pulling out the beater, dough hook or whisk.
Switch OFF the appliance when it is not working smoothly. Remove the excess ingredients and separate into
two times.
The ingredients mix smoothly if you fill in some liquid.

C. FUNCTION AND OPERATE INSTRUCTIONS
How to use
Put the mains plug into the wall socket.
- Ensure that the speed selector is at the “OFF” position.
Turn the tilt knob clockwise and raise the mixer head till it locks. (As shown in Picture 1)
Assemble protective splash cover, push up to the mixer head then turn till it is assembled
firmly. (As shown in Picture 2)
Fit the mixing bowl onto the base and turn anti-clockwise till it locks. (As shown in Picture 3)
Add ingredients to mix.
Insert the beater, dough hook or whisk into the mixer head socket by pushing up and turn
clockwise to lock into place. (As shown in Picture 4)
Turn the tilt knob clockwise and lower the mixer head till it locks. (As shown in Picture 5)
Turn the speed selector to the mixing speed you want.
Turn the speed selector to “OFF” position and unplug the cord from wall socket when
mixing is completed.
Press the tilt knob.
Scrape the excess food particles from the beater or dough hook by plastic spatula.
- Use a spatula to aid the mixing by scraping the ingredients from the mixing bowl's wall.

C. FUNCTION AND OPERATE INSTRUCTIONS
For making cakes, biscuits, pastry, icing, fillings, eclairs
and mashed potato.
For eggs, cream, batters, fatless sponges, meringues,
cheesecakes, souffles.
Do not use the whisk for heavy mixtures (eg. creaming
fat and sugar) as it may damage the whisk.
For yeast mixtures.

D.CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Turn OFF the power supply and unplug the appliance.
Wait until the appliance has cooled down before cleaning it.
Never immerse the main body in water nor rinse it under the tap.
Wipe the main body with wrung out and damp cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive cleaning materials, such as scouring pads.
Make sure to clean all the food residues around the mixer head socket.
The accessories (beater, dough hook and whisk) must be detached and clean separately.
Let all the accessories dry thoroughly before using again.
Store accessories into the protective sleeve after washing and drying thoroughly.
