The HSP40E heater would require a minimum 40,000 Watt
(40KW), 480 volt three phase generator that can provide 50
amps of continuous power.

480v(atsource)–49v=431volts
Conclusion:Heaterwillnotrun,wiretoosmallorcordtoolong.
OptionstoCorrecttheSituation:
1.Increasegaugeofwire:Ifyouincreasedyourwiretoa12gauge

MinimumVoltageRequired=440V
150ft.x12gaugewire(0.00162)=0.24
50ampsx0.24=12voltdrop
480volts(atsource)–12volts=468volts
Now,yourheaterwillrunproperly.
