Start by laying the frame down with the bottom
facing you. Note round cross bars should be
facing up.

Can be easier to
assemble if you
lie the nose o
the end of a
table to bolt
together.
Place Nose Plate down and
slide Channel Filler, Frame, and
Wheel Bracket together. Use
Base Bolts and Nut 1. Hand
Tighten

Add 2 Washers to Axel,
Wheel, another 2 Washers,
and then put cotter pin inside
hole in axel.

PRO TIP!
Make sure
notch in
wheel is facing
outwards
Bend cotter pin with
pliers to secure
wheels.

Make sure
notch in
wheel is facing
outwards
Turn Handles to face toward
the back of the assembly and
add two handle bolts and nuts
into the holes to secure handles
PRO TIP!
Lever can be
pressed with
your foot
while you pull
the handles!
Operation
Pressing the lever down,
allows the handles
to be pulled through
the frame.
Push down on frame
to ensure it’s completly
in the 2nd position.
Pull up on frame to return
to the upright position
* Handles click into place
to make it safe to use in
the upright position
