●重量感のあるアルミ合金製ボディと握りやすい角型形状なので安定し
てコーヒー豆を挽くことができます。
●セラミック製の臼を使用していますので金属臭がなく、錆びません。
切れ味が良く、磨耗しにくい特性を持っています。
●臼部分は水洗いすることができます。
●本体底面には滑り止めのシリコーンゴム付きです。
ホッパーと粉受けを取りはずす際はまっすぐ上に引き上げてください。また、取り付け
る際にもまっすぐ下に差し込み、「カチッ」と音が鳴るまで確実に取り付けてくださ
い。しっかりと取り付けられていない状態でのご使用は思わぬ破損やケガにつながる恐
れがあります。
時計回りに回すと細かく、反時計回りに回すと
粗く調節できます。

粗さ調節ツマミには表裏があり
ます。中心にある8つの凸を臼側
に向けて取り付けてください。
ご使用の際は

ハンドルの中心をしっかり押さえ、調節ツマミを回してください。調節
つまみを回す際には、必ずハンドルを取り付けて回してください。

少量のコーヒー豆を入れて挽きながらコーヒー粉の粗さを調節してく
ださい。（調節方法の項目をご参照ください。）
コーヒー１杯分のコーヒー豆は約10〜12gです。1〜2杯分のコーヒー豆を
ホッパーに入れてください。
本体を手でしっかりおさえ、ハンドルを時計回りにゆっくり回すとコーヒー
豆が挽けます。
コーヒーを淹れる器具に適した挽き方

なる器具の説明書の取扱いに従ってください。
※コーヒー豆はいつも新鮮なものをご用意ください。

お手入れの方法
臼の部分は分解してお手入れすることができます。分解する際、部品
をなくさない様にご注意ください。

◆ご使用前には洗浄をしてください。

め、故障の原因になることがあります。
◆回転が重い状態で無理に挽くと部品を傷めてしまいますのでおやめ下
さい。
◆ホッパー内の段差や、すき間に小さく割れた豆等が入り込み、コーヒ
ー豆がスムーズに落ちずハンドルが空回りすることがあります。使用
中、時々本体を軽くたたきながらコーヒー豆を挽いてください。
◆長期間のご使用により、臼が磨耗して切れ味が落ちる場合があります。
挽けるコーヒー豆の量が著しく少なくなった時が製品のお取り替えの
目安です。
◆破損の原因となりますので、コーヒー豆以外にはご使用にならないで
ください。
◆危険ですのでハンドルを回す際は臼の隙間に指を入れないでください。
◆セラミック製の臼を硬いものにぶつけたり、本体を落としたりすると、
臼が破損する原因となりますのでご注意ください。
◆硬いもの、尖ったもの等でアルミ合金部分を叩いたり擦ったりしな
いでください。キズの原因となります。
臼の分解方法
①粗さ調節ツマミを反時計回りに回して取り外します。
※調節ツマミを回す際には、必ずハンドルを取り付けて回してください。
②粗さ調節ツマミを外すと、内臼、臼座・外臼部を取り出すことがで
きるようになります。
③臼にはコーヒー豆の油分が付着します。薄めた中性洗剤に浸け置きにし、
十分にすすぎ洗いしてください。洗浄後は、完全に乾燥させてから
ご使用ください。
