This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a

feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a

polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,

reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.

Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do

not alter the plug.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

PARTS INCLUDED FOR INSTALLATION (parts are not to

scale):

1. Screw the Wire Housing (#4) onto Pole 1.

2. Screw Pole 1 onto Pole 2. Be sure that the power cord does not get pinched

between the poles, and that it is totally enclosed within the poles. Pull the

remaining slack of the power cord from the other end of Pole 2.

3. Attach Pole 2 to Pole 3, by following Step 2.

4. Screw the entire pole assembly to the Base (#5). Be sure

that the power cord does not get pinched between Pole 3 and the Base (#5).

Pull the remaining slack of the power cord from the Base (#5).

5. Screw Light Bulbs (#6) into sockets and make sure they do not exceed the

maximum wattage specified on the fixtures wattage rating label.

6. Connect the Polarized Plug (#7) to a standard 110/120 V wall receptacle.

NOTE: Avoid adjusting the flexible arms to one side (as shown in the

illustration), as the fixture may become unstable and easily tip over.

1. To turn the light ON, turn the Switch Knob (#9) clockwise. To turn

the light OFF, turn the Switch Knob (#9) counter-clockwise.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and

workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty applies only

to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If

this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and your exclusive

remedy, is the repair or replacement of of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion,

provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident,

modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any

product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not in

accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to

a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or

faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This

warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or

weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does not

warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, of fitness

for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer

specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or

incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor/expense costs involved

in the replacement or repair of said product.

Possible Cause Corrective Action

All the lights do not turn

on. Wall switch and/or circuit breaker is off. Turn on wall switch and/or circuit

breaker.

Light bulb may be dead. Test light bulb

in a known working light fixture. Replace light bulb.

Light bulb is loose. Tighten light bulb in socket.

One ortwo lights do not

turn on.

1. Disconnect fixture’s plug from wall receptacle.

2. To clean the fixture, use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth (use clean water, never a

solvent) to wipe the surface of the fixture.

3. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives. If necessary, use a

mild soap to clean off any dirt or stains.

Este producto tiene una clavija polarizada (una pata es más ancha que la

otra) como una característica para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

Esta clavija entrará en un tomacorriente polarizado de una forma

únicamente. Si la clavija no entra en el tomacorriente por completo,

contacte a un electricista calificado. Nunca use una extensión, a menos

PARTES INCLUIDAS PARA LA INSTALACIÓN (las partes no se

1. Enrosque la cubierta de los cables (#4) en el poste 1.

2. Enrosque el poste 1 en el poste 2. Asegúrese de que el cable de alimentación no quede

atrapado entre los postes y de que esté completamente dentro de los postes. Jale el exceso

de cable desde el otro extremo del poste 2.

3. Fije el poste 2 en el poste 3, siguiendo el paso 2.

4. Enrosque todo el ensamblaje de los postes en la base (#5). Asegúrese de que el cable no

quede atrapado entre el poste 3 y la base (#5). Jale el exceso del cable de alimentación

desde la base (#5).

5. Enrosque los focos (#6) en los portafocos y asegúrese de no exceder el vataje máximo

especificado en la etiqueta de clasificación del vataje del luminario.

6. Conecte la clavija polarizada (#7) en un receptáculo de pared estándar de 110/120 V.
