FEATURES
pureHeat WAVE uses a unique and advanced space heating system. It heats using a
cutting-edge PTC (Positive Thermal Coefcient) element that heats the air efciently
without drying it out.
pureHeat WAVE is designed to provide years of trouble-free service when used and
maintained according to this Owner’s Manual. The pages of this manual will guide you
through proper operation and maintenance.

FOR YOUR SAFETY
Heaters are great for keeping warm, but they could be dangerous if improperly used.
If you follow these precautions you’ll stay warm and safe!
• Do not use if plug does not t into the outlet securely. A loose tting plug can start a re
with this or any heater.
• Do not cover the air intake or exhaust.
• Do not allow the unit to come into contact with water.
• Ensure any extension cable used has at least a 15A Current Rating.
• Do not insert any objects into the Front Grille.
• Do not run the Power Cord under carpeting, rugs, or any other covering.
UNIT SETUP
1. Inspect pureHeat WAVE for damage before setup or use.
2. Find a level and unobstructed location to place heater, away from colder exterior walls.
3. Plug the POWER CORD into a grounded outlet (120V, 15A or higher).

OF THE ICON WILL ADJUST THE SETTING. DIRECTIONS FOR USING THE CONTROLS AND

Turn the Master Switch ON
• Activate pureHeat WAVE by ipping the MASTER SWITCH on the rear bottom to “-”.
• Deactivate pureHeat WAVE by ipping the MASTER SWITCH to “O”.
• To save energy, unplug pureHeat WAVE when not in use.
Turn pureHeat WAVE ON/OFF
• Turn the unit ON by pressing the POWER BUTTON or any button on the CONTROL PANEL.
• Turn the unit OFF by pressing the POWER BUTTON on the CONTROL PANEL.
pureHeat WAVE will start in MEDIUM HEAT MODE with HIGH FAN SPEED. Unless the MASTER
SWITCH is turned OFF or the power is interrupted, pureHeat WAVE will return to the most
recently used settings whenever it is turned on.
Set the Temperature
• Press the MODE BUTTON to cycle through LOW HEAT, MEDIUM HEAT, HIGH HEAT, and
COOL COMFORT (fan only) levels.
• LOW HEAT MODE (1 RED Light) - Temperature set to 66˚
• MEDIUM HEAT MODE (2 RED Lights) - Temperature set to 72˚
• HIGH HEAT MODE (3 RED Lights) - Temperature set to 78˚
• COOL COMFORT MODE (BLUE Lights) - FAN ONLY
pureHeat WAVE has a temperature sensor and will enter STANDBY MODE when the
temperature in your space has exceeded the set temperature by 2 Degrees. When the
Room drops 2 Degrees below the set temperature, the heater will resume normal operation.
QUICK START
Getting pureHeat WAVE to keep you warm is simple and intuitive but it is still good to
read this.

Set the Fan Speed
• Press the FAN SPEED BUTTON to cycle through LOW FAN SPEED, MEDIUM FAN
SPEED, HIGH FAN SPEED.
• LOW FAN SPEED (1 Light)
• MEDIUM FAN SPEED (2 Lights)
• HIGH FAN SPEED (3 Lights)
Set the Shut-Off Timer
Use the Shut-Off Timer to automatically turn the unit off after 1, 2, or 3 hours while you
sleep or after you leave the room.
• Set the SHUT-OFF TIMER FUNCTION by pressing the TIMER BUTTON. One indicator light
turns on to show that the timer is set for one hour.
• Press the TIMER BUTTON again for each additional hour desired (indicated by 2 or 3
lights, respectively).
• Press the TIMER BUTTON again once the TIMER INDICATOR shows three lights, to
deactivate the timer.
Turn Oscillation ON/OFF
• Turn the OSCILLATION FUNCTION ON/OFF by pressing the OSCILLATION BUTTON in the
center of the CONTROL PANEL.

CLEANING
1. Turn the unit OFF and ip the MASTER SWITCH to “O” to completely power down
pureHeat WAVE.
2. Unplug the POWER CORD from the outlet.
3. Carefully wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp (not wet) cloth and dry
thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners as these
may damage the nish of pureHeat WAVE.
4. Remove particulate that may have gathered in the FRONT and REAR GRILLE using
a vacuum with a brush attachment.
