DESCRIZIONE
Il carrello Nuovo Tris è un pratico carrello a tre piani in lamiera verniciata, dotato di 4
ruote in nylon e due comode maniglie laterali, adatto al sostegno e/o trasporto di piccoli
elettromedicali.
COMPONENTI:
- N.3 Ripiani in lamiera 15/10
- N.2 Struttura in tubolare ovale 40x20x1.5
- N.2 Maniglie (già fissate al primo ripiano)
- N.4 Ruote Ø 50 mm
Sacchetto con materiale di montaggio:
- N. 12 coppie viti TBE 8X16 + rondelle
- N.4 perni inseriti nelle ruote
- N.2 BRUGOLE DA 5 mm
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO:
Iniziare la fase di montaggio predisponendo un piano orizzontale di lavoro stabile.
INTRODUZIONE
Ai ni della Direttiva 2007/47/EC il prodotto rientra nei DISPOSITIVI MEDICI DI CLASSE I.
Si consiglia di leggere attentamente il seguente manuale prima di utilizzare il presidio.

1. Prendere una struttura ed iniziare dal primo ripiano e montare i successivi ripiani sempre
dallo stesso lato.

Avvitare il ripiano alla struttura
tramite la viteria in dotazione
aiutandosi con le 2 chiavi a
brugola
2. Fissati i tre ripiani dallo stesso lato, passare al lato successivo.
3. Completata la fase di montaggio dei ripiani, capovolgere il carrello appoggiando il primo
ripiano e i gommini neri sul piano di lavoro e passare al fissaggio delle ruote.

4. Avvitare i perni al telaio e successivamente inserire le ruote nel perno aiutandosi con un
colpetto di martello.

- Verificare che i dadi del bloccaggio siano ben stretti.
- Attenersi alle portate massime indicate nelle schede tecniche.
- Evitare il contatto diretto con ferite aperte.

MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
- Utilizzare solo ricambi originali.
- Controllare periodicamente tutti i punti di fissaggio.
- Per conservarlo al meglio, si consiglia di evitare l’esposizione prolungata ai raggi solari; il
contatto con ambienti salini; il deposito in ambienti molto umidi.
- Lavare le superfici in acciaio inox con acqua saponata ed usare disinfettanti appositi.
- Risciacquare con un panno bagnato ed asciugare con cura.
- Non versare sulle superfici detergenti a base di cloro o ammoniaca, sostanze grasse ed
oleose.
- Non usare per la pulizia utensili contenenti ferro. Se necessaria la disinfezione usare solo
prodotti idonei non corrosivi.
GARANZIA
- Il prodotto è garantito due anni per difetti di materiale e di lavorazione, ad esclusione delle
parti di consumo.
- Manomissioni o danni causati da un errato utilizzo del prodotto comportano la decadenza
immediata della garanzia.
- Il presente dispositivo medico è stato creato esclusivamente per le modalità sopra citate.
Ogni altro utilizzo è da considerarsi improprio.
- Non si risponde di danni a persone e cose dovuti a utilizzo improprio del presidio.

INTRODUCTION

You should carefully read this manual before using this medical device.
ATTENTION! The operators must carefully read and completely understand the present
manual before using the product.
DESCRIPTION
The New Tris is a practical trolley with three shelves made painted sheet metal, equipped
with 4 nylon castors and two lateral handles for easy moving, suitable to support and
transport small electromedical instruments.
COMPONENTS:
- N.3 15/10 sheet metal shelves
- N.2 oval tubular strucutres 40x20x1.5
- N.2 handles (already fixed to the first shelf)
- N.4 wheels Ø 50 mm
Assembly material:
- N. 12 pairs of TBE 8X16 screws + washers
- N.4 pins into the wheels
- N.2 ALLEN KEY 5 mm
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Begin the assembly phase by setting up a stable horizontal work plan.

1. Take a structure and start from the first shelf and always mount the following shelves on the
same side.

Screw the shelf to the structure
using the screws supplied with
the 2 Allen key.
2. Having fixed the three shelves on the same side, go to next side.
3. Once the shelves have been assembled, turn the trolley upside down by plcing the first shlef
and the black rubbers on the work surface and moving on to fixing the wheels.

4. Screw the pins to the frame and the insert the wheels into the pin with a hammer tap.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Use only original spare parts.
- Periodically check all fixing points.
- To preserve at best, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, to contact
and deposit in saline and very humid environments.
- Wash the stainless steel surfaces with soapy water and use appropriate disinfectants.
- Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Do not spill on the surface cleaners containing chlorine or ammonia, fatty and oily substances.
- Do not use cleaning utensils containing iron. If necessary disinfection only use suitable non-
corrosive products.
WARRANTY
- The product is guaranteed for two years for defects in materials and workmanship, excluding
consumables.
- Tampering or damage caused by improper use of the product implies the immediate loss of
guarantee.
- This medical device was created exclusively for the above-mentioned methods. Any other
use is to be considered improper.
- We can not be held liable for damages to persons or things due to improper use of the
garrison.

Le chariot Nuovo Tris est un chariot pratique à trois étagères en tôle peinte, équipé de 4
roues en nylon et de deux poignées latérales pratiques, et convient au support et / ou au
transport de petits appareils électromédicaux.

- 2 Structures en tubulaire ovale 40 x 20 x 1,5
- 2 Poignées (déjà fixées à la première étagère)
