Bänkvärmare SH

Användningsområde

Bänkvärmarna är avsedda för fast montage

under bänkar i kyrkor, väntrum eller

liknande. De värmer snabbt upp ytan under,

framför och bakom bänkarna, även sittytan på

bänkarna värms.

Värmarna har kapslingklass normaltätt

utförande, IP 20 för användning i torra rum

och är -märkta.

Montering

Värmarna skall monteras horisontellt och

hängas upp med hjälp av medföljande

upphängningskonsoler som skruvas fast under

bänken. Konsolernas fästhål har en diameter

på 6 mm och c-c avstånd 90 mm. Själva

värmaren hängs upp i konsolerna när dessa är

monterade.

Efter uppsättning ﬁxeras värmarna med

hjälp av låsskruvarna som sitter monterade

på konsolerna. Konsolerna kan monteras med

ﬂexibelt avstånd ifrån varandra.

OBS! Bänkvärmaren får ej vinklas eller

riktas uppåt.

Elinstallation

Installationen skall utföras av behörig

installatör och i enlighet med gällande

bestämmelser. Anslutningen skall föregås

av en allpolig brytare med min 3 mm

brytavstånd. I kopplingsrummet ﬁnns en

5-polig plint, 5x4 mm², som ger möjlighet

till vidarekoppling via två ø18 mm

kabelgenomföringar (monterade vid leverans).

Anslutning 230V~:

Inkoppling av värmelement görs på plint

L1 och N. L2 och L3 används endast för

vidarekoppling.

Anslutning 400V~:

Inkoppling av värmelement görs på plint

L1 och L2. L3 och N används endast för

vidarekoppling.

Överhettning

OBS! Apparaten får ej övertäckas helt eller

delvis med kläder o dyligt material, då

övertäckning av apparaten kan innebära

brandfara.

Bench heater SH

Area of use

Bench Heaters are designed for mounting

underneath church pews, waiting-room

benches, etc. The heaters are dimensioned

to emit comfortable heat to the seat itself,

the ﬂoor beneath it, and the air around the

bench, thereby making it possible to preserve

the relative coolness of the church while

the heating comfort for the visitors remains

excellent.

The heaters are marked and comply with

the EMC directive. Protection class IP 20 for

use in dry rooms.

Mounting

The heaters shall be mounted horisontally

with the included mounting brackets. The

holes in the brackets is ø6 mm and a c-c

distance of 90 mm. Mount the brackets

underneath the bench and then ﬁt the heater

into the brackets.

Fix the heater to the brackets by using the

the premounted screws on the bracket. The

brackets can be mounted with a ﬂexible c-c

distance.

Note! The heater may not be angled or

pointing upwards.

Electrical installation

The electrical installation should be carried

out by a qualiﬁed electrician in conformity

with prevailing regulations. The appliance

should be preceded by a triple pole switch

with at least 3 mm breaking gap. The

connection box contains terminal blocks,

5x4 mm². This makes it possible to connect

several heaters in parallel. In the connection

box there are two knockouts ø18 mm.

Connection 230V~:

The heating element is connected by using

terminal L1 and N. L2 and L3 are only used

for parallel connection to the next heater.

Connection 400V~:

The heating element is connected by using

terminal L1 och L2. L3 and N are only used

for parallel connection to the next heater.

Область примененияОбогреватели скамеек предназначены для обогрева сидений и окружающего пространства в местах временного пребывания людей, таких как церкви, залы ожидания, зрительные места спортивных арен и т.д. Обогреватели скамеек обеспечивают наиболее эффективный и экономичный обогрев, поскольку комфортные условия для людей создаются без обогрева всего объема помещения. По принципу действия они являются одновременно и излучателями и конвекторами, что позволяет равномерно обогревать пространство в зоне их установки. Приборы оборудованы рефлекторами, которые направляют тепловой поток вниз.Для оптимизации затрат и правильного управления обогревом необходимо термостатировать зоны установки оборудования в соответствии с конкретными потребностями в тепле.Приборы сертифицированы SEMKO и ГОСТ, стандарт СЕ.Класс защиты: IP20, для сухих помещений.УстановкаПриборы монтируются горизонтально и стационарно под сидениями при помощи прилагаемых монтажных скоб. Отверстия в скобах ø 6мм с межцентровым расстоянием 90мм. Установите скобы под сидением и закрепите на них обогреватель при помощи имеющихся винтов. При необходимости межцентровое расстояние между скобами может изменяться.Внимание! Любой иной вид установки не допускается.Электрическое подключениеЭлектрическое подключение производится квалифицированным электриком с соблюдением всех действующих норм. Подключение производится кабелем сечением 2 х 2,5 мм2 + земля после всеполюсного автомата защиты с воздушным зазором не менее 3мм. Пятиполюсная клеммная коробка предполагает возможность шлейфового подключения с максимальным сечением кабеля 5x4мм2. Для ввода кабелей имеются 2 удаляемые выбивки ø 18мм.Подключение 230В~:Нагревательный элемент подключается на клеммы L1 и N.Клеммы L2 и L3 используются для серийного подключения.Подключение 400В~: Нагревательный элемент подключается наклеммы L1 и L2. Клеммы L3 и N используются для серийного подключения.ПерегревВнимание! Прибор не должен быть закрыт частично или полностью какими-либо материалами, так как перегрев прибора может привести к возгоранию!Меры безопасностиВнимание! Минимальные расстояния до ближайших поверхностей скамейки показаны на рисунке.Пространство под скамейкой может быть закрыто не более, чем с 2-х сторон.Не устанавливайте обогреватель непосредственно над/под имеющимися стенными розетками.
