What’s in the Box?
The gSprint is comprised of four wireless
bluetooth units (white)
Each unit has a silicone protective sleeve
that fits snug around each unit (green)
Batteries are no longer provided with the
units due to shipping restrictions
One tripod is included to hold the timing
units at one end
An additional tripod can be purchased here

Picture 2 is the finish gate. This unit simply acts
as a sensor. As you will see in the upcoming
pages, the sensors are quite small and proper
alignment is key for best use
Initial Setup
Picture 1 is the start gate. This unit has a power
switch (on / off), a start switch, a reset switch,
and the display screen for time (sec)

Initial Setup
The gSprint works by using micro-sensor
technology and laser beams so both units
on the same end can talk to one another
The message (time) is then transmitted via
bluetooth to the units on the other end
This makes the gSprint a completely
wireless device

The (4) gSprint units should be setup in a rectangular shape (linear movement) at the distance
you choose. The dotted lines indicate units that are in-line and beams that are lined up.

Line up the athlete with the start gate
beam. Get as close to the sensors beam as
possible without setting the timer off. If the
timer is set off on accident, you will have to
walk through the finish gate’s beam to
reset the timer, or push the reset button.
Tripod position is different for each start
type. Refer to “Tripod Placement” and
“Start Options”
