Specification
Measure dual wrist strap system resistance in real time，which ensure the personnel grouding
connection is more safety and stable.
Start testing while plug wrist strap into monitor, no monitoring turn off function.
Monitor two dual wrist straps of two station and one ESD table mat or grounding connection,
it’s convenient to support different options for customer’s request of different stations.
The ESD table mat alarm value is set by monitoring the resistance range of the ESD table mat
to ensure the efficiency and stability of the electrostatic discharge path between the ESD table
mat and the ground wire. The resistance setting of the ground connection have multiple gears,
which is convenient for customers to choose the impedance of different meter to the ground, to
ensure the unobstructed release path of the equipment to the ground, and to ensure the safety
of the product.
Accuracy : 1±20% (e.g. When set wrist strap upper limit to 10M ohms, 8M pass and 12M failed
When set ground limit to 10 ohms, 8 ohms pass and 12 ohms failed)

Warranty
This product is inspected by ESDMAN QC,when it is in normal use within the warranty period,if it
is damaged or fails due to poor design and manufacturing,free maintenance could be provided.
Coverage
Ground wires, screws and connector belong to the loss part and are not covered by warranty.
Damage,breakage or failure due to abnormal use.
Failure caused by modification or disassemble of maintenance not from ESDMAN
Failure caused by fire,natural disaster,flood,earthquake and other natural irresistible factors.
Failure caused by abnormal voltage etc external factors.

08 Warranty
Attach two banana plugs into red and blue jacks respectively,the other end terminal is 3.5
mono channel,let it connect to monitor OP1 or OP2.Then adjust the resistance of ESDMAN
001-1001 to 8M,OP1 or OP2 should be green,it indicates monitor works correctly.Once
resistance of ESDMAN 001-1001 at 12M,OP1 or OP2 should remain red.
Attach two banana plugs into red and black jacks respectively,another terminal connect the
green color ground connection to check for alarm trigger ).
Range: 1M - 100M in 1M steps
ESDMAN 001-1001 Technical Specifications
Equipment required:For this test,the workstation monitor should be disconnected from the
monitored ground.Use the ESDMAN 001-1001,to prevent misreading,the ESDMAN 001-1001
incorporates a color coding systems to divide the display into 3 groups to indicate ohms,Ki-
lohms and Megohms.Special attention has been given to reliability.A special multiple gold
contact switch arrangement ensures that back-up contacts are always available to take over
should a contact fail.
