Wir beglückwünschen Sie zu dieser Entschei-
dung.
maxTV Clip ist ein Lupenvorsatz zum Aufste-
cken auf eine vorhandene Brille. Sie sehen
hiermit doppelt so groß in einem Abstand von
ca. 3 m und ohne die Augen anzustrengen.
Dadurch bietet sich die Verwendung beim
Fernsehen besonders an. Bei der Entwicklung
standen ein modernes Design und die einfache
Anwendung im Vordergrund.
Sicherheitshinweise
XBlendungs- und Verletzungsgefahr! Sehen
Sie niemals mit optischen Geräten in die
Sonne oder eine andere helle Lichtquelle!
XBrandgefahr!
Linsen in optischen Geräten können bei un-
sachgemäßer Handhabung oder Lagerung

durch die„Brennglaswirkung“ erhebliche
Schäden anrichten! Achten Sie darauf, dass
optische Linsen nie ohne Abdeckung in der
Sonne liegen!
XMachen Sie auch andere Personen und
besonders Kinder darauf aufmerksam!
XmaxTV Clip darf nicht beim Führen von
Kraftfahrzeugen verwendet werden.
XSchützen Sie maxTV Clip vor Stoß oder
Schlag und übermäßiger Wärme! Legen Sie
maxTV Clip nie auf Heizkörper oder in die
Sonne.
XSeien Sie bei Verwendung des Produkts an
einer Brille mit Kunststogläsern besonders
vorsichtig. Bei unsachgemäßer Handha-
bung können die Gläser verkratzen, da die
Optik direkt auf dem Brillenglas auiegt.
Einstellung
Die Optik von maxTV Clip ist für einen Arbeits-
abstand von ca. 3 m bestimmt.
Zum Aufstecken von maxTV Clip auf die Brille
drücken Sie den Clip zusammen.

Wenn Sie maxTV Clip nicht verwenden wollen,
können Sie den Clip einfach hochklappen, Sie
müssen ihn nicht von der Brille abnehmen.
Um den optimalen Durchblickspunkt sowohl
bei großen als auch bei kleinen Brillen zu
ermöglichen, ist die Optik am Clip in der Höhe
justierbar. Hierzu müssen Sie die Optik mit
einem kleinem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher
abschrauben und in einer von 5 möglichen
Raststellungen neu am Clip-Arm wieder an-
schrauben.
Falls Sie mit maxTV Clip nicht gut zurecht
kommen, . . .
• . . . haben Sie evtl. den Arbeitsabstand zu
groß oder zu klein gewählt,
• . . . haben Sie eventuell einen Höhenver-
satz, weil Sie maxTV Clip schief aufgesetzt
haben.
• . . . liegt Ihre Pupillendistanz eventuell
außerhalb des Pupillendistanz-Bereichs von
maxTV Clip.

Pegehinweise
Ihr maxTV Clip ist ein technisch hochwertiges,
optisch aufwendiges Seh-Produkt und bedarf
entsprechender Handhabung und Pege. Zum
Schutz der Linsen vor Staub und Fremdeinwir-
kungen empfehlen wir die Aufbewahrung im
mitgelieferten Etui.
• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen von maxTV
Clip keinen Alkohol oder organische
Lösungsmittel!
• maxTV Clip nicht im Ultraschallbad
reinigen!
Reinigen Sie maxTV Clip mit einem weichen
Baumwoll- oder Leinentuch (z.B. Brillenputz-
tuch). Bei stärkerer Verschmutzung (z.B. Finger-
abdrücken) das Putztuch etwas anfeuchten.

ring processes. We congratulate you on your
decision.
maxTV Clip is a magnifying attachment for clip-
ping onto existing eyeglasses. This allows you
to see twice as large at a distance of about 3 m
without straining your eyes. That makes it ideal
use for watching television. Modern design
and easy use were the main priorities during
development of this product.
Safety Information
XDanger of glare and injury! Never look
directly into the sun or other bright light
sources using optical devices!
XDanger of re!
Lenses in optical devices can cause signi-
cant damage by focusing light to generate
heat if handled or stored improperly. Be
careful never to leave optical lenses lying in
direct sunlight!

XAlso inform other people and children
especially of this safety measure!
XmaxTV Clip may not be used while driving
automobiles.
XProtect your maxTV Clip from impacts and
excessive heat. Never lay your maxTV Clip
on a radiator or in direct sunlight.
XBe particularly careful when using the
product on eyeglasses with plastic lenses.
When used improperly, the eyeglasses may
be scratched sine the lens of the product
rests directly against the lens of the eye-
glasses.
Adjustment
The lens of the maxTV Clip is designed for a
working distance of about 3 m.
To attach the maxTV Clip to your eyeglasses,
press the clip together.
When you wish to stop using the maxTV Clip,
simply ip the clip up, it is not necessary to
remove it from the glasses.
To allow an optimal line of sight on both large
and small eyeglasses, the lens assembly on
the clip can be moved vertically. To do this, it is
necessary to unscrew the lens assembly with

a small Philips screwdriver and rescrew it onto
the clip arm at one of 5 possible positions.
If you cannot achieve good results with the
maxTV Clip, this may be a result of one of the
following situations:
• You may have selected a working distance
that is too far or two short.
• You may be experiencing a vertical oset
because you have attached the maxTV Clip
at too steep an angle.
• Your pupil distance may lie outside of the
pupil distance range of the maxTV Clip.
Care Instructions
Your maxTV Clip is a technically and optically
advanced vision product and requires approp-
riate handling and care. We recommend using
the provided case for storage to protect the
lenses from dust and external inuences.
• Do not use alcohol or organic solvents to
clean the maxTV Clip!
• Do not clean the maxTV Clip in an ultra-
sound bath!
Clean the maxTV Clip with a soft cotton or
linen cloth (e.g. lens cleaning cloth). In case of
heavy soiling (e.g. ngerprints) moisten the
cleaning cloth slightly.
