1-Year Limited Warranty
Premier Accessory Group, LLC. warrants that the enclosed product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from
the date of initial retail purchase. This warranty is for the original retail purchaser only and is not transferrable. This warranty does not cover
damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or modications to the product. During the 1-Year Warranty period we will either repair or replace
this product (at our option). Please include a money order or cashier’s check for the amount of $4.95 for shipping and handling of this product.

Instructions
1. Plug the surge protector’s power cord into a standard 3-wire grounded 120 V AC outlet. The surge protector
must be plugged into a 3-wire grounded 120 V AC outlet for phone line, network line, and coaxial line surge
protection to work.
2. Press the power on/off switch to RESET to turn on the surge protector.
3. Verify the LEDs are on (blue), which indicate the surge protector is working and the electrical wiring is
properly grounded.
• Grounded LED indicator – If this LED is off, the wall outlet is wired improperly. Contact an electrician to
correct the wiring.
• Protected LED indicator – If this LED is off, some of the surge protector components are not working. The
surge protector should be replaced.
4. Plug your equipment’s power cords (including 2-wire devices) into the surge protector’s AC outlets.
Note: Do not plug extension cords into the outlets on the surge protector.
5. Plug the devices to be recharged into the USB ports.
6. Connect a phone cable from the wall jack into the RJ11 IN jack of the surge protector. Connect a phone cable
from the RJ11 OUT jack of the surge protector to the device to be protected. The surge protector must be the
first item connected in line from the wall jack.
7. Connect a data cable from the cable/DSL modem into the RJ45 IN jack of the surge protector. Connect a data
cable from the RJ45 OUT jack of the surge protector to the device to be protected. The surge protector must
be the first item connected in line from the wall jack.
8. Connect a coaxial cable from the wall jack into the IN jack of the surge protector. Connect a coaxial cable from
the OUT jack of the surge protector to the device to be protected. The surge protector must be the first item
connected in line from the coaxial wall jack.
9. Repeat step 8 to connect a device to the second pair of coaxial connections.
CAUTION
• This product is not for use with aquatic items, such as aquariums and other water product classes, and/or all
other water related products. Use only indoors and in dry locations.
• Do not disassemble the surge protector. Disassembling the surge protector will void the warranty and may
cause serious personal injury.
• Do not use this product for any purpose not explicitly specified by Energizer.
• Energizer is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly or use of this product.
• Unplug the surge protector during lightning storms.
• The surge protector should only be used in properly grounded power sources.
• Do not plug medical equipment into the surge protector unless it is approved for that purpose.
• Do not place the surge protector in an area where the product will be covered with carpet, furniture, or any
other item that limits or prevents air circulation.
• Unplug the surge protector when not in use.
