1. Introduction
The weatherproof WLAN outdoor camera from
DIGITUS® is equipped with 21 ultra-bright floodlight
LEDs and a wide-angle lens of 90° with pin-sharp Full
HD resolution. Automatic switching from day to night
vision provides a clear view even in absolute
darkness. Thanks to WLAN operation, you are 100%
flexible as far as the installation location is concerned.
All you have to do is position the camera within the
range of your wireless network and supply it with
power; alternatively, a network connection can also
be established via cable using the RJ45 port. Via
Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, the camera
image can be displayed on corresponding Amazon
and Google displays via voice command. The camera
is also able to detect movements in the image area
and send a corresponding push notification to your
smartphone. An additional alarm sound, which is
emitted via the camera's integrated speaker, can also
be activated. The available MicroSD card slot can be
equipped with memory cards of up to 128 GB, so that
recordings can be stored over a longer period of time
and retrieved at any time. The two-way audio
transmission allows you to communicate with people
in front of the camera. The camera's live image and
all settings can be conveniently accessed and
adjusted via app - regardless of your current location
(assuming cellular reception).

The camera is designed for a variety of outdoor
applications, such as home, garden, garage or
carport. Thanks to the included wall mount, the
camera can be individually aligned and fixed. Go for

5. Safety instructions
Please read these instructions carefully before first
use and retain for future reference. The safety
precautions contained herein reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, and injury when followed correctly.
This product is designed for residential use.
This product is IP65 rated, so there is protection
against heavy rain and dust tightness.

6. Safety instructions for devices with
power supply unit in outdoor operation
•Do not open the device under any circumstances. It
does not contain any parts that require
maintenance. In the event of a fault, have the
device checked and repaired by a specialist.
•For safety and approval reasons, the device must
not be converted or modified.
•In case of problems, please contact our customer
service.
•Only use the device with the enclosed original
power supply unit.
•The device may only be connected to easily
accessible sockets. In case of danger, pull out the
mains plug.
•Connect protection class I devices only to properly
grounded power sources.
•Operate the device only via a residual current
circuit breaker (maximum 30 mA).
•Never handle the power plug and socket with wet
hands.
•Do not connect the device to cable drums
•The mains plug and coupling of an extension cable
must be watertight and must not be immersed in
water.
•Always lay cables to the device in such a way that
they do not pose a danger to persons or animals.

•Use the device only within the specified
temperature range of: -10 ~ 50°C
•When not in use, store the product in a clean and
dry place with temperatures between 0°C and
40°C.
•During thunderstorms, there is a risk of
overvoltage due to the risk of lightning strikes.
Disconnect all connections of the device during
thunderstorms.
•The device is not a toy! Keep the device out of the
reach of children. Packaging material lying around
such as plastic bags, foils or cushioning elements
such as Styrofoam can be dangerous for children.
•Sharp cleaning agents or solvents may damage the
product.
•Disconnect the product from the power source
before cleaning. Use a lint-free cloth for cleaning.
•We accept no liability for damage to property or
personal injury caused by improper handling of the
device or by failure to observe the hazard
warnings. We accept no liability for consequential
damage! In such cases, all warranty claims are
void.
7. Notes when using the APP
Read and accept the platform's privacy policy within
the app. Choose a password for your account with a
high level of security to protect it from unauthorized

access. The password should contain at least 8
characters; we recommend the use of upper and
lower case as well as alphanumeric characters /
special characters.

10. Hardware installation
Wall mounting:
Use the supplied mounting bracket to attach the
camera to the wall.
Detach the base housing from the bracket, attach the
base housing to the wall using the mounting screws.
