installastraightmountingsurfaceutilizingMDF.IfusingMDF,shimandplumbto

levelandbolttothewallusingindustrystandardtechniquestoinsureasafe

mountingsurfaceforPerfectAlign™.Bottomline,ifyourwallisnotstraight,your

VideoWallwillnotbestraighteither.



ofeachdisplayandbracketbyafactoroffour(4).Pleasecheckyourlocalcodesfor

specificloadbearingrequirementsinyourlocality.



TheaverageweightforaPerfectAlign™Bracketis25lbs.whichincludesall

mountinghardware.



Example:Ifyouareusingadisplaywhichweighs80lbs.,thetotalweightis105lbs.

foreachmounteddisplay.Thefastenersandthewallmustbecapableofsupporting

fastenerformountingPerfectAlign™Bracketstothewallorloadbearingstructure.

DigitalFactorycannotberesponsibleforanydamageorinjurycausedbyfaulty

installationortheuseofinappropriatefasteners.



Forbestresults,DigitalFactoryPerfectAlign™bracketsmustbemountedona

plumbandstraightwall.YourVideoWallwillnotbeinalignmentifthereareany

wallimperfections(loworhighspots–wavywall,etc.).



IfyourwallisnotplumbandstraightFIXitbeforeattemptingtoinstallDigital

FactoryPerfectAlign™.Ifunabletofixtheexistingwall,youcanprovideaplumb

andstraightmountingsurfacebyusingasheetof¾”MDF(availableatHomeDepot,

Lowe’s,etc.).CuttheMDFtoconformtothebacksofthePerfectAlign™brackets.

Installusingshimsandappropriatefastenersplumbandstraightoverthebadwall.



Then,installallPerfectAlign™bracketsthroughtheMDFandintotheexistingwall

usingappropriatefasteners.



ELECTRICALANDSIGNALOUTLETS



DigitalFactoryPerfectAlign™Bracketshavesufficientopeningsandspacetopermit

installationofoutletbox(s)&signalrouting.Safeinstallationandpositioningof

electricaloutlet(s)andsignalroutingonthewallorloadbearingsurfaceisthe

responsibilityoftheinstaller.



Thepreferredlocationforsignalandpoweriscenteredateachdisplaylocation.



1. RemovePerfectAlign™bracketsfromthebox.Unwrapandremovefrombag.

Becarefulnottomisplacemountingscrews(PMF’s)ortheincludedpocketlevel.
