Safety
Note! Heed the following directions to avoid the risk of re, electric shocks or injury.
• The vacuum cleaner should only be used as described in the manual. Only use accessories
recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not expose the vacuum cleaner and its mains lead to moisture, blows or high temperatures.
• Do not us the vacuum cleaner if the mains lead or plug is damaged. Neither should you use it if you have
dropped it on the oor, left it outdoors or dropped it in water.
• Do not leave the vacuum cleaner unattended when it is connected to a power point. Pull the plug out
when the vacuum cleaner is not in use. Always pull the plug itself when disconnecting the product from
the socket, do not pull the lead.
• Do not vacuum outdoors or on wet surfaces. Store the vacuum cleaner indoors.
• Do not pull or carry the vacuum cleaner by the mains lead. Do not use the lead as a handle and do not let
it fasten in a door. Do not pull the lead around sharp corners and edges.
• Do not insert any item into any opening other than the suction port. Do not vacuum if any opening is
clogged. Keep them free from dust, uff, hair and anything that can reduce the airow.
• Do not vacuum anything that is smoking or burning, e.g. cigarettes, matches or hot ashes. Do not vacuum
ammable liquids such as petrol.
• Do not vacuum if the dust lter is damaged or not positioned correctly. Always use the correct dust lter.
• If the vacuum cleaner is damaged, it must be repaired. Contact our Customer Service Department
(see reverse).
• Never use the vacuum cleaner if the mains lead is damaged. Inspect the lead regularly. If the lead is
damaged it must be changed by a qualied service technician. Contact our Customer Service Department
(see reverse).

Assembling the vacuum cleaner
1. Attaching and detaching the suction hose
a. Attaching the suction hose: Insert the hose into the suction port on the front of the vacuum cleaner.
Push it in until you hear a click.
b. Detaching the suction hose: Gently press in the scored catches on the hose xing and detach the hose.
2. Attaching the suction tube and the floor nozzle
a. Slot together the vacuum hose and the handle as shown in the picture.
b. Press the button on the suction tube to adjust its length.
c. Attach the oor nozzle to the suction tube as shown
in the picture.
d. The brush on the oor nozzle can be adjusted to
suit carpets or hard oors. This is controlled by a
button on top of the oor nozzle.

3. Using the accessories
Use
Inserting a dust bag/reusable dust collector
Never use the vacuum cleaner without a dust bag or dust collector. If you forget to insert a dust bag/collector
or insert one incorrectly you will not be able to close the lid of the vacuum cleaner properly.
1. Detach the suction hose from the vacuum cleaner.
2. Open the lid of the vacuum cleaner.
3. Insert a dust bag or reusable dust collector.
4. Close the lid and reattach the suction hose.
Before using the vacuum cleaner, rst pull out enough lead and then plug it into the wall socket. A yellow
mark on the lead indicates a suitable length for the lead. Do not pull the lead out past the red mark.

Fabric nozzle: For example,
furniture and other upholstery.
Brush nozzle: For example,
curtains, blinds and lamp shades.
1. Push the on/off button on top of the
vacuum cleaner to turn it on.
2. Adjust the suction using the control on
top of the vacuum cleaner.
3. To rewind the lead, push the rewind
button with one hand and allow the lead
to run through the ngers of your other
hand so that you make sure it doesn’t
whip around and break something.

Care and Maintenance
1. Changing the bag
Never use the vacuum cleaner without a dust bag. If you forget to insert a dust bag or insert one incorrectly
you will not be able to close the lid of the vacuum cleaner properly.
1. Detach the suction hose from the vacuum cleaner.
2. Open the lid of the vacuum cleaner.
3. Remove the dust bag.
4. Insert a new dust bag.
5. Close the lid and reattach the suction hose.
2. Emptying the dust collector
1. Detach the suction hose from the vacuum cleaner.
2. Open the lid of the vacuum cleaner.
3. Lift the dust collector straight up.
4. Empty and replace the dust collector. Close the lid and
reattach the suction hose.
3. Cleaning the air intake filter (internal filter)
• Disconnect the plug from the wall socket before cleaning the lter.
• The lter should be cleaned at least twice a year or whenever it looks dirty.
• Never use the machine without a lter. Using the machine without a lter can result in reduced suction or
damage to the motor.
• Allow the lter to air dry.
• If the lter needs to be replaced, use universal lter 34-4442. The lter can be cut to size using the old
one as a template.
1. Open the lid and slide the dust bag upwards.
2. Remove the air lter by sliding it upwards.
3. Rinse the lter in lukewarm water and then allow it to air dry.
4. Replace the lter.

4. Changing the exhaust filter (rear filter)
1. Remove the rear lter cover.
2. Remove the lter from the cover.
3. Rinse the lter in lukewarm water and then allow it to airdry.
4. Replace the lter.
5. Replace the rear lter cover on the vacuum cleaner.

Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are unsure about how to dispose of this
product contact your municipality.

• Utsätt inte dammsugaren och dess nätsladd för fukt, slag och stötar eller höga temperaturer.
• Använd inte dammsugaren om dess nätsladd eller stickpropp är i skadat skick. Använd den inte heller om
du har tappat den i golvet, lämnat kvar den utomhus eller tappat den i vatten.
• Lämna inte dammsugaren när du har satt stickproppen i ett vägguttag. Dra ur stickproppen när
dammsugaren inte används. Dra alltid i kontakten när stickproppen tas ur vägguttaget, dra aldrig
direkt i sladden.
• Dammsug inte utomhus eller på vått underlag. Förvara dammsugaren inomhus.
• Dra eller bär den inte i nätsladden. Använd inte sladden som ett handtag och kläm den inte i någon dörr.
Dra den inte heller runt vassa hörn och kanter.
• Stoppa inte in något föremål i någon annan öppning än i insugningshålet. Dammsug inte om någon
öppning är igensatt. Håll dem fria från damm, ludd, hår och annat som kan minska luftödet.
• Dammsug inte något som ryker eller brinner, t.ex. cigarretter, tändstickor eller het aska. Dammsug inte
upp lättantändliga vätskor som exempelvis bensin.
• Dammsug inte om dammltret är skadat eller inte sitter på plats. Använd alltid rätt dammlter.
• Om dammsugaren är skadad måste den repareras. Kontakta vår kundtjänst (se baksidan).
• Använd aldrig dammsugaren om nätsladden är skadad. Kontrollera sladden regelbundet. Om sladden är
skadad måste den bytas ut av kvalicerad servicepersonal. Kontakta vår kundtjänst (se baksidan).

Montering av dammsugaren
1. Sätta fast och ta bort dammsugarslangen
a. Montera dammsugarslangen: Sätt slangen i luftinsuget på dammsugarens framsida. Tryck tills du hör
ett klick.
b. Avlägsna dammsugarslangen: Tryck lätt på de räfade låsspärrarna på slangens fäste och ta sedan
bort slangen.
2. Sätta fast dammsugarröret och golvmunstycket
a. Skjut ihop dammsugarslangen och handtaget som bilden visar.
b. Tryck på knappen på dammsugarröret för att
reglera längden.
c. Sätt fast golvmunstycket på dammsugarröret som
bilden visar.
d. Borsten på golvmunstycket kan vara i olika lägen
beroende på om du dammsuger mattor eller
hårda golv. Detta regleras med en knapp på
golvmunstyckets ovansida.

3. Använda tillbehören
Textilmunstycke: för t.ex. möbler
och andra stoppade material.
Borstmunstycke: För t.ex. gardiner,
persienner, och lampskärmar.
Användning
Sätta i dammsugarepåse/tömbar behållare
Använd aldrig dammsugaren utan dammsugarpåse eller behållare. Om du glömmer att sätta dit en damm-
sugarpåse/behållare eller sätter dit den på fel sätt går det inte att stänga locket till dammsugaren ordentligt.
1. Avlägsna dammsugarslangen från dammsugaren.
2. Öppna locket på dammsugaren.
3. Sätt i en dammsugarpåse eller den tömbara behållaren.
4. Stäng locket och sätt sedan fast dammsugarslangen igen.
Innan du använder dammsugaren, dra ut tillräckligt med sladd och sätt stickproppen i vägguttaget.
En gul markering på sladden markerar lämplig längd på sladden. Dra inte ut sladden längre än till
den röda markeringen.
1. Tryck på av/på-knappen på
dammsugarens ovansida för att slå
på apparaten.
2. Justera effekten med reglaget på
dammsugarens ovansida.
3. För att linda upp sladden, tryck på
knappen för upplindning med ena
handen och låt nätsladden löpa lite
spänt i den andra handen för att se till
att den inte snärtar till och
orsakar skada.
