Introduction
The Smart View System DVR is designed with continuous, manual
recording plus auto recording by G sensor. The MJPEG DVR is built with
SD card slot for storage.
Features:
Support 400TV Line camera
When a triggering "event" happens-an accident ,hard acceleration,stop,or
turn-images are saved.
Forward-Facing View
This unit can be mounted inside the vehicle,in the center of the windshield.
Rear-Facing View
The unit built-in up/down switch, the real view function is optional.
G sensor recording with 20 seconds (15 seconds before and 5 seconds after
collision)
when accident detected by G sensor and up to 36 les overwrite function for
256MB SD card
Overwrite recording function with 40 seconds
High image quality of AVI recording by MJPEG engine.
Support up to 2G SD card (SD card doesn't support SDHC format)

Testing before installation
It's recommended to determine the best position before permanent instal-
lation.
Caution
Do not attempt to remove the cover. Removing the cover can cause
components damage, and invalidate the warranty. Always disconnect the
power before installation.

uTear off the 3M sticky tape.
Fix the DVR as shown on the
picture.
vInsert the SD card to the slot.
a:Format the SD Card rst,then save
the FAT formatted text.
b:Set the current time and the cong
to SD Card.
wFix DVR to the bracket with
screw.

xConnect the DC 12V cable to
the cigarette lighter socket.
yWhen you determined the best
position for your camera,you can
x the screw.

uSecure the cupule bracket onto
DVR body with screws
vInsert the SD card to the slot.
a:Format the SD Card rst,then
save the FAT formatted text.
b:Set the current time and the
cong to SD Card.
wFix DVR to the bracket with
screw.

uInsert the SD card. Turn the
knob to lock the card.
(Note: When the SD card is not
inserted, the red LED will turn on
continuously and the DVR is
not in operation.)
vConnect to the power.
wRecord Mode:
1. 40 seconds cycle recording
mode
Set the DVR to 40 seconds
cycle recording. The recorded les
will be stored in a folder named with
YYYYMMDD under the "CYCLE"
folder after recording.

2. Manual recording mode:
Set the DVR to the record-
ing mode to 20 seconds manual
recording. The blue LED will turn
on continuously and in standby
mode.
Press the Record button to begin
recording. The blue LED will ash
2 times/second with the “Beep
Beep” sound. The recorded les
will be stored in a folder named
with YYYYMMDD under the
"MANUAL" folder after recording.
3. 20 seconds G sensor recording
mode:
Auto recording by G sensor. The
blue LED on DVR will ash
on 2 times/second with the “Beep
Beep” sound. The blue LED will
turn off after 5 seconds, and turn
on again to the standby mode.
The recorded les will be stored
in a folder named with YYYYMM-
DD under the "GSENSOR" folder
after recording.
