Installation of the AQA Detector (EN)
1. The AQA Detector box must be taken apart –remove the back.
Use the part with the PCB.
2. Connect 12V power supply
Do not connect the power
a. Connect 12V power supply to the terminals marked POWER in the AQA
Detector box.
b. Lead the cable through the cable gland to the right.
c. The wire with white stripes shall be connected to “+” and the black wire to “-“.
See page 3.
3. Connect the solenoid Valve
See the installation guide on the solenoid valve EV228BW
a. Connect the solenoid valve to the terminals marked “VALVE” in the AQA
Detector box.
b. Cut off the earth wire (yellow/green)
c. Lead the cable through the cable gland in the middle. The blue wire is to be
connected to “0” and the brown wire to “C”. See page 3.
4. Connect the AQA Stop Floor Sensor
a. Connect the AQA Stop Floor Sensor to the terminals marked “SENSOR” in the
AQA Detector box.
b. Lead the cable through the cable gland to the left.
c. The yellow wire shall be fitted at the left side of the terminal and the white wire
shall be fitted at the right side of the terminal. See page 3.

5. Fastening the box
a. Fasten the bottom of the box to the wall using 2 screws so that the cable gland
are pointing downwards.
b. Click the top on to the bottom part.
6. Position the AQA Stop Floor Sensor
Important! Position the AQA Stop Floor Sensor on the floor near the unit so that it
slopes towards the AQA Stop Floor Sensor.
7. Switch on the power supply
The alarm lamp on the box will shine green and if the solenoid valve is closed, it
will now open.
8. Check the solenoid Valve
Important: It must be checked once every year
a. Check that the solenoid is open.
b. Switch off the power and check that the solenoid valve closes.
c. Switch on the power.
d. When the Alarm light shines green, make the AQA Stop Floor Sensor wet (e.g.
by dipping it into a cup of water).
e. Check if the solenoid valve closes and the Alarm lamp turns red.
f. Switch off the power to reset the water alarm.
g. When the Alarm lamp has switched off (it takes approx. 15 seconds), switch
the power back on.
h. The solenoid valve opens and the Alarm lamp now shines green.
The testing is completed.

Mode of operation and function (EN)
1. If everything is okay
If everything is okay, the Alarm lamp on the AQA detector shines green.
2. In case of leakage
a. If the AQA Stop Floor Sensor gets wet, the solenoid valve closes and the
Alarm lamp turns red.
The AQA detector shuts down the water supply.
b. Find the reason for the leakage and repair it
c. Wipe off the AQA Stop Floor Sensor.
d. Switch off the power to the AQA Detector in order to reset the water alarm.
e. When the Alarm lamp has switched off (this takes approx. 15 seconds), switch
on the power to the AQA Detector.
f. The solenoid valve opens and the Alarm lamp shines green.
3. Power failure
If there is a power cut, the solenoid valve closes and then opens when the power
comes back on.
4. In case of water damage
Contact your insurance company.

Montage des AQA Detectors (DE)
1. Das AQA Detector Gehäuse demontieren –die Hinterseite abnehmen
Der Teil mit der Platine benutzen.
2. Die 12V Stromversorgung anschliessen
Der Strom darf nicht verbundet werden.
a. Die 12 V-Stromversorgung an den Klemmen mit der Kennzeichnung POWER
im AQA Detector Gehäuse anschließen
b. Das Kabel durch den Kabelverschraubung rechts führen.
c. Die Leitung mit weißen Streifen an „+“ und die schwarze Leitung an „–“
anschließen. Siehe Seite 3.
3. Magnetventil anschließen
Sehen Einbauanleitung betr. Magnetventil EV228BW.
a. Das Magnetventil an den Klemmen mit der Kennzeichnung VALVE im AQA
Detector Gehäuse anschließen
b. Das Erdungskabel abschnitten (gelb/grün)
c. Das Kabel durch die Kabelverschraubung in der Mitte führen. Die blaue
Leitung muss in „0 und die braune Leitung in „C“ “ angeschlossen werden.

4. AQA Stop floor sensor anschließen
a. Die Kabel des AQA Stop Floor Sensors an die Klemmen mit der
Kennzeichnung SENSOR im AQA Detector Gehäuse anschließen.
b. Das Kabel durch die Kabelverschraubung links führen.
c. Die gelbe Leitung muss an die linke Seite der Klemme und die weiße Leitung
and die rechte Seite der Klemme montiert werden. Siehe Seite 3.

5. Befestigung des Gehäuses
a. Den unteren Teil des Gehäuses an der Wand befestigen so dass die
Kabelverschraubung nach unten zeigen.
b. Den oberen Teil fest an den unteren Teil drücken.
6. AQA Stop Floor Sensor platzieren
Beobachten! Den AQA Stop Floor Sensor am Boden in der Nähe vom Gerät dort
platzieren wo es eine Neigung in Richtung des AQA Stop Floor Sensors gibt.
7. Stromversorgung einschalten
Die Alarmlampe am Gehäuse leuchtet grün und das Magnetventil öffnet sich falls
es geschlossen war.
8. Magnetventil prüfen
Beobachten: dies muss einmal jährlich geprüft werden
a. Prüfen ob das Magnetventil geöffnet ist.
b. Strom ausschalten und prüfen ob das Magnetventil sich schließt.
c. Strom einschalten.
d. Wenn die Alarmlampe grün leuchtet, den Sensor anfeuchten (evtl. in eine
Tasse tauchen).
e. Prüfen ob das Magnetventil sich schließt und die Alarmlampe zu Rot wechselt.
f. Strom ausschalten um den Wasseralarm abzuschalten.
g. Sobald die Alarmlampe nicht mehr leuchtet (es dauert normalerweise ca. 15
Sekunden), den Strom wieder einschalten.
h. Das Magnetventil öffnet sich und die Alarmlampe leuchtet grün.
i. Die kontrolle ist erledigt.

Betrieb und Funktion (DE)
1. Wenn alles in Ordnung ist
Die Alarmlampe am AQA Detector leuchtet grün wenn alles in Ordnung ist.
2. Im Falle einer Leckage
a. Wenn der AQA Stop Floor Sensor nass wird, schließt sich das Magnetventil
und die Alarmlampe wechselt zu rot.
Der AQA Detector stellt die Wasserversorgung ab.
b. Die Ursache des Lecks finden und beheben.
c. Den AQA Stop Floor Sensor abtrocknen.
d. Die Stromzufuhr zum AQA Detector unterbrechen um das Wasseralarm
zurückzustellen.
e. Wenn die Alarmlampe erlischt (es dauert ca. 15 Sekunden) den Strom wieder
einschalten.
f. Nun öffnet sich das Magnetventil und die Alarmlampe leuchtet grün.
3. Stromausfall
Bei Stromausfall schließt sich das Magnetventil und öffnet sich wieder wenn die
Stromzufuhr nochmal hergestellt ist.
4. Im Falle einer Wasserschadens
Setzen Sie sich mit Ihrer Versicherungsgesellschaft in Verbindung.

Montering af AQA detector (DK)
1. AQA detector boksen skilles ad - afmonter bagsiden
Brug delen med printpladen.
2. Forbind 12V strømforsyning
Der må ikke tilsluttes strøm.
a. Forbind 12V strømforsyning til klemmerne mrk. POWER i AQA detector
boksen.
b. Kabel føres gennem kabelforskruningen til højre.
c. Ledningen med hvide striber monteres i ”+”og den sorte monteres i ”-”. Se
side 3.
3. Forbind magnetventil
Se installationsguiden for magnetventilen EV228BW.
a. Forbind magnetventilen til klemmerne mrk. VALVE i AQA detector boksen.
b. Klip jordledning af, (gul/grøn).
c. Kabel føres gennem kabelforskruningen i midten. Den blå ledning skal
monteres i ”0” og den brune ledning monteres i ”C”. Se side 3.
4. Forbind AQA Stop floor sensor
a. Forbind AQA Stop floor sensor til klemmerne mrk. SENSOR i AQA detector
boksen.
b. Kabel føres gennem kabelforskruningen til venstre.
c. Den gule ledning monteres i den venstre side af terminal og den hvide
ledning monteres i den højre side af terminal. Se side 3.
5. Fastgørelse af boks
a. Bunddelen af boksen fastgøres med to skruer på væggen, så
kabelforskruningerne vender nedad.
b. Klik topdelen fast på bunddelen.
