Putting into Operation
Beforerstuse,besuretoreadthesafety
instructionscontainedinthisuser'smanual
carefully.
Beforerstuse,chargetheheadphonestothe
maximumlevel.
Turning on the headphones–pressand
holdthe“on/o”buttonandwaitforthe
headphonestoannouncethe“BUXTON”
greeting.
Turningotheheadphones–pressand
holdthe“on/o”buttonandwaitforthe
headphonestoannounce“SEEYOU”.
Warning:Topreventdamagetoyourhearing,
alwayskeepthevolumelevelofyourdeviceto
aminimumbeforeconnectingBTheadphones
toyourmobiledevice.
Note:TheBTheadphoneswillturnoafter
alongerperiodofinactivityunlesstheyare
pairedtoanotherdevice.

Bluetooth
Theheadphonesareequippedwithatwo-
channelBTmodule.Thismeansthatitis
possibletohaveheadphonesconnectedto
twodevicesatthesametime.Theaudiosignal
willcomefromthelastconnecteddeviceuntil
thereisastatechangeintheotherdevice(for
example,anincomingcall).Theaudiosignal
sourceusedwillthenbereplacedbyasecond
audiosignalsource.Youcannotoperateboth
audiosignalssimultaneously.
Note:pairtheheadsetwithonedevicerst,
thendisconnectthedeviceaftersuccessful
pairing.Pairtheheadsetwiththesecond
deviceandthenconnecttherstdevice.
To pair the BT earphones with mobile
device, do the following:
TurnontheBTheadphoneandsearchforits
Bluetoothname“BHP 8700”onthedeviceto
whichyouwishtopairandstartthepairing
process.Ifyouareaskedtoenterapairing
codewhenpairingyourdeviceandBT
headphone,usethecode:“0000”.

Tocancelpairing,disconnecttheBT
headphones(cancelBluetoothpairing)onyour
mobiledevice.
Note:ToensureastableBluetooth
connection,makesurethatthedistance
betweentheBTheadphonesandyourpaired
deviceiskeptwithin10meters.Depending
onambientinterference,insomecasesitmay
benecessarytomaintainashorterdistance
betweentheBTearphonesandthepaired
device.
Factory Settings
Iftheheadsetneedstoberesettofactory
settings,pressthevolumeup“+”andvolume
down“-”buttonssimultaneouslywhenthe
headsetisswitchedon.Waitapproximately
10secondsandreleasethebuttons.TheLED
willashred3timesandtheheadsetwillturn
owiththe“SEEYOU”message.Turnonthe
headphones.

Charging
Achargedbatteryprovidespowerforseveral
hoursofoperationatnormalvolumelevels.
Ahighvolumeconsumesmorebatterypower;
therefore,werecommendlisteningatnormal
volumelevels.Lowbatterywillbereported
at20%and10%,atthesametimetheLED
indicatorwillgiveredintermittentwarning.
Thechargingprocesswillbeindicatedby
aredsolidLEDuntilthechargingadapteris
disconnectedorfullycharged.
Warning:Forcharging,useonlytheoriginal
accessoriessuppliedwiththeappliance.To
achievethemaximumbatterylifetime,itis
besttostartchargingthebatteryafterthelow
batterypowernotication.Chargecontinuously
untilfullycharged.Ifthebatterylifeisalready
veryshort,itisexhaustedandwerecommend
youcontactanauthorisedservicecentrefor
moreinformation.
Recommendation: Ifyourheadphonesare
nottobeusedforanextendedperiodoftime,
werecommendtofullychargethebatteries
onceeverytwotothreemonths.
