of enclosed area such as a garage, shed, or breezeway. Keep clear of trees and shrubs.

that have been specially designed for the Boneless Grills.
IMPORTANT: This is an outdoor appliance. If used indoors, toxic fumes will accumulate and
cause serious bodily injury or death. Ensure your grill is positioned safely away from anything

1.2. Set-up
ȏIt is completely forbidden to light the barbecue without the basalt stones placed on the brackets.

ȏBefore you start cooking, clean the entire grill thoroughly with hot, soapy water. This is necessary
to remove residual solvents, oil and grease used in the manufacturing process. The grates should
also be thoroughly cleaned in the same manner.
ȏThis pellet appliance is designed and approved for palletized, all natural, wood fuel only. Any other
type of fuel (charcoal, gas, etc.) burned in this appliance will void the warranty.
ȏUse only all natural wood pellets designed for burning in grills. Do not use fuel labeled as having additives.
ȏThis barbecue requires a 110 Volt 60Hz 5amp, 3 prong grounded plug.
ȏThe electrical cord installed on your grill is equipped with a three-prong (grounding) plug for your
protection against shock hazard and should be plugged directly into a properly grounded three-
prong receptacle. Do not cut or remove the grounding prong from this plug.
