Important Safety Information
• It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and
using the rowing machine. Safe and ecient use can only be
achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used
properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the
equipment are aware of all warnings and precautions.
• Before starting any exercise programme you should consult
your doctor to establish whether you have any physical or
health conditions that could constitute a risk for your health and
safety, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your
doctor’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that
aects your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
• Keep children away from moving part. This appliance is not
intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Risk of
personal injury —Keep children under the age of 8 away from
this machine. Age recommendation for use of device 14 +.
• You should also listen to your body because incorrect or
excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if
you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness
in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath,
light headedness, dizziness, or nausea. If you do experience
any of these symptoms you should consult your doctor before

continuing with your exercise program.
• Use the rowing machine on a solid, at level surface and
consider using an exercise mat under the machine to help
protect your oor or carpet. For safety reasons there should be
at least 0.5 meters of free space around the equipment.
• Before using the rowing machine you should check that all its
nuts and bolts are securely tightened. Safety levels can only be
maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear
and tear.
LWarning: The equipment must be installed on a stable base and
a level oor. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you nd
any defective components while assembling or checking the
equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise coming from the
equipment during use, you should stop using it immediately. Do
not use the equipment until the problem has been rectied.
• Wear suitable sports clothing when using the equipment. Avoid
wearing loose clothing which may get caught in the equipment
or which may restrict or prevent movement.
• This machine is for home use only and for users weighing no
more than 120 kg.
• Braking is speed independent.
• The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
• Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as
not to injure your back.
• Always use proper lifting techniques and/or get help and regular
check the integrity of guards and safety devices.

Step 1:
Use the Allen key (70), screw (57), standard
spring washer (58) and at washer (60) to
install the rear stabilizer (A5) on the slide rail
(A4) and lock tightly.
Use the Allen key (70), screw (62) and the
at washer (63) to install the seat cushion
(A3) on the seat carriage (4) and lock it.

Step 2:
Use screw (66), at washer (60), combined
cap nut (65) and wrench with screw driver
(69) to install the front stabilizer (A2) on the
main frame (A1) and lock tightly.
Step 3:
Use the Allen keys (71) and (70), screw (51),
at washer (55) and screw (62) to install the
slide rail (A4) on the main frame (A1) and
lock tightly. Then use the frame knob (25)
and the at washer (55) to lock and x the
slide rail (A4) and the main frame (A1).
Step 4:
Insert the Pedal limit shaft(24) into the
Plastic Bushing(13) and go through the Main
frame Set(A1), then insert the Left Pedal
set(A7) and Right pedal set(A8) into the
Pedal limit shaft(24),and using the Wrench
with screw(69), Lock nut (64) and Flat
washer(54) to x and lock them on the Main
Frame set(A1)

Folding for Storage
Loosen the frame knob (25) and the at
washer (55) and pull out. Be aware that the
washer may fall out.
Fold up the slide rail (A4) and insert the
frame knob (25) and at washer (55) to lock
it in place.
Tension control
Users can adjust the tension according to
their needs. There are 10 levels of adjust-
ment (1-10).

How to install the display battery
Hold the display at points A and
B and push it up. Pull the display
out of the attachment grooves
on the main frame.
After unpacking the display,
make a note of how it was
connected. Install the batteries
and check whether the cable plug
is tted in the right direction
before reinstalling the display
(see picture).
Open the display and install the
batteries (see picture on the
right).
When retting the display, insert
it into the four grooves on the
main frame. Gently push the
display forward until it is in the
right position.
